This brand new home has everything that you could possibly need for an awesome Nashville stay! It’s a spacious four bedroom home, offering privacy, gorgeous skyline views, designer finishes throughout, and plenty of space to relax and unwind in the heart of Music City. Whether it’s having a glass of wine on the roof while soaking up the Downtown Skyline, or needing a convenient place to crash after checking out all of the Broadway festivities, this house has you covered. This inviting oasis is less than a mile from the Gulch and Music Row as well as just over 1 mile to Broadway and 12 South! You can be anywhere in Nashville in under 10 minutes!

The Layout:
This home has four stories. The ground floor has a two car garage as well as one bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second floor has a large designer finished living room along with an oversized bedroom including two twin trundle beds (4 twin beds in all) equip with a vanity area and en suite bathroom. The third floor encompasses two large bedrooms. First bedroom offers a queen size bed, large flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has stellar views overlooking downtown Nashville, and offers two queen beds, a large flat screen TV, a twin day bed. The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and large individual shower and bathtub! The rooftop deck is located on the fourth floor and includes ample seating along with a custom built grill/sink combo overlooking the Nashville skyline.

Parking: You can park two cars in the garage plus there are many street parking spots available, if needed.

Wonderful trip

Here with extended family to celebrate my daughters 21st. The home was absolutely beautiful. Great views from rooftop. We had a fantastic time. 6 min uber to Broadway and publix 5 minutes away. Lincoln extremely nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Great views of the city, easily walkable to the gulch, Broadway was about a half hour walk. Beds were comfortable, rooftop view fantastic (although a little cold, darn it) Lincoln, the owner was responsive to all my questions beforehand and extremely helpful.

Close to everything

The home was close to everything. Really liked have a garage for the car. The house is excellent for a large group. All you need to bring is your sundries and coffee. The kitchen is well equipped the master bath is like a spa.

Great experience

The house was perfect for our group of 10. It was extremely clean with an awesome roof top patio overlooking downtown. The host had excellent communication getting back to me within minutes every time I had any questions. Overall it was a phenomenal experience and I would certainly recommend this property!

amazing view and close to down town

This property has an amazing view of the Nashville Skyline. Close enough to walk if need be but far enough to get out of the city noise. 45 min to walk to down town. Plenty of room we had 9 people sleep comfortably.

My family visited over the Thanksgiving weekend. This home was perfect! The home was beautiful, clean, and provided plenty of space. The location was great, only a ten minute Uber ride to Broadway. The host was amazing! Lincoln was quick to respond to any questions and was beyond accommodating.

Amazing place!

Me and my friends absolutely loved this place! The property manager was beyond kind! He was always available for questions and concerns and very accommodating when me and my friends got there early for check in! There was some left over trash on the roof deck when we arrived and a problem with a door knob but that didn’t take away from the amazing spring break we had here!

Beautiful, Convenient Property with Excellent Management

Our group of 10 (4 adults; 6 children) had a wonderful stay in this property. The location is extremely convenient to downtown attractions. The property was very clean and can comfortably accommodate a larger party. The kitchen was well appointed, and the rooftop deck was a blast. There is a playground too immediately behind the property, which we utilized with our young children. Lincoln (property manager) was wonderful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend!

Best group VRBO ever!

We came here for a combined bachelorette and bachelor weekend. We had 6 people come, and it was plenty of room. The townhouse was very clean and provided plenty of amenities (washer/dryer, Keurig, cowgirl party hats, etc). It was about a 30 minute walk to Broadway so we Ubered (reasonably priced). We grilled on the rooftop every night. It’s a gorgeous view of the city. There are three flights of stairs so I would not recommend this place if stairs are an issue. It was the perfect group vrbo space, and I would definitely like to stay here again in the future!
