Enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Kitchen & family room are spacious and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and full bathrooms/private showers in each bedroom. Quick ride to Broadway Vanderbilt/Belmont nearby restaurants and bars.

Great place to stay

It was lovely. Had everything we needed, great location for us. Appreciated suggestions esp vintage store/bar down the street. Extensive and incredible collection of books and other music memorabilia.

Loved our weekend stay!

We loved our stay at Chris's home! Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the great room upstairs is spacious and comfortable. We had a great time looking at all the music posters and books. Chris was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and advice on how to get around Nashville. Highly recommend!

Excellent house with responsive host

Chris is a responsible property owner and owns this great house in Nashville. It is centrally located so we were able to visit most of Nashville's attractions in the long weekend. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Nashville. The house was clean and well appointed. Thank you for a great Vrb experience..

Amazing place

The property looks just like the pictures. Its a 3 story unit with a lot of stairs but a lovely home, very quite neighborhood. Its close to railroad tracks that has a train daily that stops for over an hour. Its near several bars and restaurants. I would love to stay there again. The host was pretty cool also

Such a cool spot. Less than 10 mins from downtown. Great place to hang out and entertain guests before/after hitting Broadway. The music, books and posters make this warm home a “one of a kindl

Fantastic time!

Chris’s property was fabulous, very clean convienent to Broadway. Chris communicated throughout our stay and problems he was prompt to response. Overall we had a fantastic 5 day stay and couldn’t be happier with the acc. Highly recommend staying at Chris lovely home!

Chris has a phenomenal home. He communicated well and is a gracious host. The location was perfect, close to city and Opry. Walking distance to some great restaurants. All beds and living space very comfy.

Great Place to stay when you are in Nashville!!

This property was just as described. Very clean and has everything you would need to stay comfortably!Quick ride to broadway, also was not too far of a ride to the Grand Ole Opry. Chris was an excellent host very fast with questions and we had an issue that needed attention and he had itfixed within a couple of hours while we were out! Would stay here again! fixed in a couple of hours

It was a great place to stay. Clean and bright. Somehow we missed the description of 3 flights of stairs but it was fine. Close to downtown and East Nashville.

Great Nashville stay

This home is so cool for music lovers! The decor, the books, and a wonderful living space. Plenty of room for the five adults in our group. Our host Chris was so helpful with recommendations for things to do, places to eat and drink! I left behind an item and he mailed it to my home the day after we left. We would all stay here again, when we return for more Nashville fun.

Great place and communication

Very comfortable space - perfect for 3 couples - each bedroom with its own bathroom. Kitchen/hangout area on the 3rd floor was open with plenty of seating, a nice island, and access to the balcony. Great communication with Chris. Good places within walking distance and a short Uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely recommend.

Nashville Gem

The pictures are exactly what you get! We loved everything about this home! Close to Broadway! The beds are comfortable! It is the neatest & coolest music lovers paradise with the decor. Do keep in mind that this is 3 stories with steps but we didn’t mind. Nice & very roomy! Chris was very thorough and communicated very well. Just a beautiful home close to everything! Perfect place for a concert roadtrip!

My friends and I rented this home last weekend for a trip to Nashville for some concerts and it was perfect. It was spacious, clean, well decorated (we loved the music memorabilia), well stocked with necessities and suited our needs well. Proximity to downtown is great. It is a short 12-15 minute drive to the Ryman. Southern Grist Brewing (within walking distance of the property) is also highly recommended. Chris was a great host. He responded quickly to any questions. There were a lot of severe storms in the area that weekend and he made sure to text us a heads up the bad weather was incoming and again when we were clear of it, and we really appreciated that. We would all definitely rent this home again for our next trip to Nashville.

Musicentric Delight

The property is in a good location just a few miles from downtown. The local area has some great new places to try out for coffee and brews. Chris is a great host and tried to cover all the areas that guests might need. If there was an issue he was accessible via text. The decor is very fun and if music is your vibe its like a museum with many different items to catch the eye and the imagination. Thanks, Chris. It was great meeting you and experiencing your spot for a few days.
