Modern and Charming Cottage

This contemporary and spacious cottage just north of downtown Nashville is a perfect place to rest if you are in town for work or pleasure. It’s beautiful, clean, stylishly decorated, and ready for you. The home is divided into two sections, and you will have exclusive use of the private and separate apartment during your stay: a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living areas.
Please note that the homeowner may be using the property during your stay. They have exclusive access to the back portion of the home. There is a locked door separating the two units. Guests are not permitted to use the backyard or laundry room.
Guests have exclusive use of the front porch and may use the driveway during their stay.

Fantastic and Homey Stay!

We stayed here for our 5 year anniversary trip to Nashville. It was our first time and we couldn’t have picked a better place! Absolutely loved it! Only recommendation is maybe see about better water pressure in the shower, other than that I highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house for our trip to Nashville. It was central to where we needed to go throughout the weekend. It was a pleasure to go back to a private, quiet place each evening or stay, make breakfast and have a late start of the day. Definitely would stay again.

My wife and daughter stayed here for a couple of days to go to the Taylor Swift concert. They thought the place was very nice and neighborhood was very quiet. If we come back to Nashville we’d stay here again.

Honeymoon get away

We stayed on here on our honeymoon. They went up and beyond during our stay. We had a small issue when we checked in, but the staff worked hard and fixed the issue. Couldnt had asked for anything better. Would come back again and stay here.

Beautiful home. Nicely decorated. Everything in the home is brand new. Comfy bed. Clean and cozy. Enjoyed wine on the front porch and visited with my boys that live in Nashville . Would definitely stay here again.

Very roomy for a 1 bedroom. I wish it had a washer/dryer. Tree out front needed to be trimmed. Communication with owner could have been better. Overall nice place to stay.
