    This 2 bedroom, 1 bath house has modern upgrades, gourmet kitchen, spa bathroom and a yard. Dogs are welcome with evaluation, no cats allowed.

    Gas Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a Flat screen smart TV with Netflix etc.

    Home has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, dishes, pans, coffee maker, mixer etc.

    Location is amazing within steps away from best of East Nashville neighborhood.

    Walkable to many local cafes, and restaurants, including Publix Grocery and other options close by including Kroger, Aldi, and organic market Turnip Truck.
