At Reunion Stay our goal is to provide you with an exquisite venue that will transport you and your guests into a world of luxury, style and unforgettable surroundings.

The estate exceeds 13,000 square feet of indoor space with 13 bedrooms (5 king/6 queen/2 twin bunk), 11 full bathrooms and an extra (Event) room that can be used however you like.

The property lies on 7 acres of land, allowing for ample parking of 100 cars or more, with an additional 20+ places to park on paved areas.

We are situated about a 20 minute drive from Nashville.

Every Bedroom has been outfitted with memory-foam mattresses to ensure that you wake up each morning feeling fresh and rejuvenated after a restful night’s sleep.

2 separate kitchens contain everything you need to serve meals comfortably and a gas grill located outside.

You can jump in the large swimming pool equipped with a slide or take a dip in the relaxing hot tub.

Perfect house and setup for corporate retreat

The property and layout is designed for large groups. We had a corporate retreat in Jan and everyone loved it. Employees are begging to come back in the summer so that we can enjoy the outdoor space.

Fall wedding

I had my wedding at reunion stay and everything was perfect, Monica was very accommodating and always got back with me in a timely manor. The stay was absolutely perfect and I had no problems with vendors being able to access to property, The property was absolutely beautiful and we all had plenty of space as well as activities, I would highly recommend.

Smith Family reunion

Renting this space was such a great decision! It was clean, spacious, and had plenty of features to accommodate a large party. Some small things were there that I had forgotten and I didn’t have to run out and get it. Kitchen was stocked. Can wait to rent it again.

Excellent property with terrific management

Our extended family group of 24 (ranging from one year to ninety years old!) thoroughly enjoyed our week at Reunion Stay. The house is spacious and comfortable with lots of fun activities for everyone. The pool and pool slides were great. For the past thirty five years, our group has rented a vacation house in many different parts of the U.S. and in Mexico and Costa Rica. Monica is an absolute stand-out as a property manager, both in providing advance information and in her gracious responses to our needs during our visit. Highly recommended!

Can we give Reunion Stay 10 stars?

The pictures do NOT do it justice. THE house is awesome! Everything from the dance floor / karaoke room right off the pool area to the massive water slide was incredible. We had 50 people there and the house was so big I still had to text people to find them. LOVED the guest house also! Great addition! The pool, hot tub, bedrooms, living space, and the basement- Incredible. Monica the property manager was born to do this. SHE NEVER left me hanging if I had a question. She answered so quickly, she is amazing at her job. So sweet! We loved the weekend for my husbands 50th celebration so much we are going back and doing it again next year. Already booked for 2020. THANK YOU Reunion STAY and Monica for a PERFECT weekend.

Family Vacation #35

We had a fantastic week at Reunion Stay! Our family has been meeting somewhere in the US for 35 years. As we’re growing by leaps and bounds with grandchildren married and starting families of their own, finding the right sized house to accommodate us has become a bit challenging. Reunion Stay exceeded everyone’s expectations. With so many entertainment options, the pool, large gathering space, and great kitchen in the middle of it all, we enjoyed staying home, hanging out, playing games, cooking and eating together the whole week! We’re blessed to have some amazing chefs in the family and they spoiled us with gourmet meals and sweets they had no problem preparing in the well equipped kitchen. One evening the younger generation entertained us in the event room, creating an amazing performance, and another evening we danced and sang along to favorite hits for hours. Monica couldn’t have been more helpful or made us feel more welcome. We highly recommend Reunion Stay and hope we will be able to return in the future!

Family Trip

We had a large family group of 24 adults & 5 kids that stayed. A few things kept this stay from being a 5. Pros first: Home mgr. is great & responds immediately to issues. There are 4 bedrooms on the main level which is great for anyone that can't do steps. Lots of bedrooms/bathrooms so everyone has privacy. The location is minutes away from a large grocery store & activities. Cons: The AC can't keep up with the summer heat. The first night the 3rd floor of the home was over 80 degrees. We arrived at 4 pm and it was after midnight before it got below 80. The 1st & 2nd floors were also too warm. We noticed that each day of our stay the temp on the 2nd & 3rd floors would increase to 77 or 78 in the afternoon no matter what each of the units (I think there are 4-5 units) were set to. Home mgr offered to have someone out to check the units & we declined. Property needs TLC - too few pool chaise lounges & the ones there were pretty beat up and had a lot of mildew. Chairs for the table in the kitchen are stained and one had very loose legs. The home was clean but you can tell it is a very busy rental and things are very used. A couple things didn't work (coffee maker and TV) but the property manager immediately replaced them. One of the reasons we booked the home was a feature that was no longer there - a slip and slide that went into the pool. We were very disappointed to see it missing when we arrived. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed it but needs some attn to match pics.

Our family (numbering 17-29, depending on the day.) had a wonderful time. The home, pool, and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Monica was always available by text and responded promptly. When the internet was unresponsive after a power outage, a technician was at the house in less than an hour and promptly solved the problem. As a bonus, Franklin turned out to be a delightful town with a vibrant downtown area. And of course, Nashville was a stone's throw away and enjoyed by all ... Saturday night for the 20-somethings was a very big hit!

Large group get together

Was very amazing. House had everything we needed. Beautiful, large yard. No issues with anything. Small issue with a sink clogged and they sent maintenence over immediately to fix it. Manager texted every morning to ensure everything was ok.

Great Golf Trip

We had 16 guys on a golf trip. It could not have been a better spot. There was enough room to spread out along with plenty of space to hang out. Monica is an awesome host who asked everyday what she could do better. If available, we will book again next year.

Great place for a Reunion

We had our family come into town from all over the country to find a great place to unwind inside and out. The pool was perfect for the kiddos and those hot days. The inside was full of activities rain or shine even on those extremely hot days. A great location with shops and restaurants less than a mile away to get whatever you need. So many said should go ahead and book this place again right now. It had everything we needed. .

Lovely Place to Gather

This space was amazing to host our work retreat. Super close to shopping and restaurants and the highway for a quick jaunt into downtown. Plenty of space for our motley crew of 18 to have personal space and congregate together as well. The host was always available for anything.

Beautiful Retreat Space!

Fabulous place to have our couples retreat! Love all the space and the many entertaining amenities. Pool, hot tub, trampoline, we used them all! There was also every kind of appliance you could think of in the kitchen space! Thanks to Monica as well. She was so helpful.

The perfect house for a large group getaway!

Incredible Reunion Spot

This was our second time coming to this Franklin TN home with 7 families in tow. We could not have been more pleased with the small upgrades (new margarita machine!), the pool and water slides, the beds and extra cots, and the grounds. The house has everything we could need and more. We can't wait to come back next year!

40th Bday Bash

We had an amazing time at Reunion Stay! The house is incredible and provided plenty of space for 26 adults to all sleep comfortably! The amenities are fantastic and we loved the pool, slide and hot tub. The house also has a number of activities in the basement like billiards, ping ping, poker table darts, and air hockey that we took advantage of. Monica and her team were extremely helpful for any concerns along the way!

Wonderful time with large family

We had a wonderful stay, and Monica the property manager is incredible! We had a wonderful time and don't have any complaints that cannot be fixed for future renters. We were a bit disappointed with the lack of seating outside by the pool. A lot of the seating was sort of old and run down and honestly just missing. I mentioned this to Monica after our stay and she told me she had a bunch of new seating ordered for future stays. While we were there, we did see several deliveries, with chairs, etc. This is a pretty minor issue as we stayed in the pool the majority of the time anyway but thought it should be mentioned. The house was clean, large, and had plenty of things to suit the 26 people we had staying there for the week. We loved the house and would def. rent again! Thanks again, Monica, you rock! : )
