Jared was proactive with his communications and provided additional suggestions to help make our stay in Nashville even better. This is a fantastic property in the perfect location too. Safe neighborhood and close to everything you'd want to do in Nashville. I would say her again and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Great stay in Nashville for Pearl Jam at Bridgestone

This place is great! We walked all over downtown during our 4 night stay. Host is friendly and a great communicator. The unit is on the 4th floor of a 5 floor building that is all short term rental units. We would 100 percent book again for our next Nashville adventure!

Great condo

We had a great time. The condo was exactly as advertised—well stocked, clean, new, etc. It's a great place for a group getaway. The only caution is that you are right next to the highway, and they provide noise machines for sleeping. They are very responsive as well.

Weekend with friends.

Great weekend stay with a few friends from around the country. Listing was accurate and the location was convenient. Not many things right outside of the condo, but all a short walk or ride away. Road noise was noticeable at night, but rooms had white noise makers to help.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back! The place was very clean, and Jarrod was great to work with—super accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout the trip.We had six people in our group and felt like we had plenty of space. The bathrooms were especially large, which made getting ready easy for a bigger group, and the beds were all comfortable. The location worked well for us—maybe a bit of a longer walk for some, but a quick and inexpensive Uber ride (around 8) made it very convenient. There was a little bit of normal wear and tear, like a few scuff marks on the walls, but nothing that impacted our stay at all.The only thing to note is that it can be a bit noisy being next to a major highway, but that was a minor trade-off considering everything else.Overall, we had a great experience—awesome place, great trip, and we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed for work

Not within walking distance of anything but other than that it was a very stay. We werent looking to be in the action but if you are then its not the right location. Good location, if like us, you are there to work. Next to the highway so not great for light sleepers.

Incredible stay, and great location!

We had a great time at condo, it was in a perfect location and we could access Broadway very quickly by Uber! Jarrod was a great host - he truly was amazing! He let us check in early for our stay which meant we could prepare the condo before my family flew in from the UK! Any questions we had he would message us instantly with answers! Truly couldn’t recommend enough!
