This was a great place to stay! Close Uber ride to Lower Broadway….walking distance to 3rd & Lindsley….place was very clean….low water pressure in one of the bathrooms, but was not a deal breaker! Overall, very solid place!

Great stay in Nashville for Pearl Jam at Bridgestone

This place is great! We walked all over downtown during our 4 night stay. Host is friendly and a great communicator. The unit is on the 4th floor of a 5 floor building that is all short term rental units. We would 100 percent book again for our next Nashville adventure!

Great weekend stay with a few friends from around the country. Listing was accurate and the location was convenient. Not many things right outside of the condo, but all a short walk or ride away. Road noise was noticeable at night, but rooms had white noise makers to help.

We went for to Nashville for a hockey game. This location was great. It was walking distance to the arena and Broadway. The apartment was wonderful. It was very comfortable and clean. Jarrod was quick to respond when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and communication

Host was super responsive and reached out a few times during our 2 night stay to be sure all was well. Check in was a breeze and we had no problems getting in. The place was well taken care of and clean, with plenty of space for our group of 6. The beds were comfortable and there were ample fans, extra pillows and blankets available to use. We enjoyed relaxing on the roof top and enjoyed that added amenity. The walk downtown was about 20 minutes and not bad at all. Our group enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Condo was great! Walkable to Broadway and other hot spots. Only issue was I thought the balacony advertised was apart of the condo, but its a public space. That’s a minor issue and I would book this condo again knowing that. Owners were very nice and good at communicating.

Great condo

We had a great time. The condo was exactly as advertised—well stocked, clean, new, etc. It's a great place for a group getaway. The only caution is that you are right next to the highway, and they provide noise machines for sleeping. They are very responsive as well.

Not within walking distance of anything but other than that it was a very stay. We werent looking to be in the action but if you are then its not the right location. Good location, if like us, you are there to work. Next to the highway so not great for light sleepers.

We had a great time at condo, it was in a perfect location and we could access Broadway very quickly by Uber! Jarrod was a great host - he truly was amazing! He let us check in early for our stay which meant we could prepare the condo before my family flew in from the UK! Any questions we had he would message us instantly with answers! Truly couldn’t recommend enough!

Clean and convenient

This place was awesome! We went for my sister’s 40th birthday. The common areas were really cool, and the apartment was very clean and modern. Access to Broadway was only about a 20 minute walk, but be sure to avoid certain areas that seemed a little rough. Uber always an inexpensive alternative. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO!

Top notch- highly recommend!

Awesome place! Quick ride from the airport. The building was very nice and our unit was beautifully decorated. Really enjoyed playing albums on the old school record player. Family of five (all adults) had plenty of room and everything we needed. Top notch amenities—comfy couch, wonderful bedding, plush towels, shampoo & body wash, coffee pods, and white noise machines in the bedrooms. We used Uber most of the time and did the 20 min walk to and from Broadway a couple times as well. Jarrod, the property owner, was super nice. Don’t hesitate on this one!
