The property was the perfect size and location for our brief stay during my daughter’s Belmont orientation. Walkable to and from campus and plenty of spots to eat. The host was very responsive and professional. I would stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo near Belmont! The location was absolutely perfect, located just minutes away from great restaurants, shops, and everything the Belmont area has to offer. The condo itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true home away from home.Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was super responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The bathrooms were stocked with clean towels and other supplies. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, I can't recommend this place enough. I would definitely book again!

40th birthday celebration

This place was great for two couples. Each couple had a king bed with its own bathroom, which was a requirement for us while still being a short Uber away from Broadway without having the loud party scene back where we were staying. 4 min walk to Hillsboro neighborhood with shops and restaurants. This is a great place, and I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean, and roomy. Just a little problem with the traffic noise since it is at an intersection. Also, on a dead-end street which helped with parking. Great location for around 21st street and walking distance to different places.

First time visiting Nashville and spending NYE. I can summarize our stay and our trip as memorable, fun, fabulous, wonderful and the accommodations were great! From booking to check out everything was excellent, the host responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. The only reason we would not stay here on our next visit is just that we want to be walking distance from Broadway, and at this location we had to take an Uber every time. If that is not a issue to you, then this is the perfect place to stay.

This property is fantastic. Super clean and well maintained. I am super picky and this exceeded my expectations. The beds were very comfortable. Decor was super cute. The location was great. Boutiques and restaurants just a short walk away. We had no problems getting Ubers to and from Broadway. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. I cannot recommend this property enough. We had a great time.

Great place to stay

You will definitely be very pleased with your stay. Extremely comfortable accommodations. The only negative is the street noise, especially when the emergency vehicles pass. I truly don't like to include this one negative.....which was okay for us.....but I know this could be a deterrent for others. But with this one tiny comment aside, I would not hesitate to book this venue again.
