We loved our stay! The location was great -- with much within walking distance or just a short drive away. It was clean and nicely furnished and our host was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely stay here on another trip to Nashville!

We had a great stay at Illume. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very well maintained. We did not spend a lot of time there as we had plans most days/nights but it was a great place to stay in a great location. Thank you!

The space was well-designed with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of kitchen supplies, including coffee pods, which was a nice touch. Clean and welcoming vaca!

Obviously with the difference in the dollar, traveling from Canada to the USA is a big stretch. However I wanted to take the kids to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday in Nashville. This location was quite affordable compared to other properties we looked into, and it was very clean and comfortable. The host was accessible and honest with the written description of the property. I would (will) stay again!

First visit to Nashville, just happened to be CMA Fest (that was not planned). Needed two bedroom and two bath for 2 couples and booked Illume condo. This was perfect. Condo looks just as pictures show. Open concept kitchen/living room. Beds comfy. Plenty of closet space with hangers. Linens clean and luxurious. Bath towels & pool towels provided. Plenty of soaps, shampoos, laundry pods, & cleaning supplies stocked. Kitchen appropriately stocked for 4. Condo was also quiet, did not hear other guests at all. Just a 5 minute drive to the Publix for breakfast supplies as we cooked in each morning and a 2 minute drive to Frugal MacDoogal for our morning mamosa supplies and a bit more. Pool was great for a morning or evening swim. Loved our 1st floor location poolside. Onsite parking included which was perfect for our drive to the Grand Ole Opry, but called an Uber to visit Broadway (much cheaper than paying for parking). Uber was under 10 and only a 5 minute drive. You could walk it as condo is less than 2 miles away, but if you do not know the city, take the Uber. Will return to Nashville and will not hesitate to book this condo. Thank you for a great stay. PS: Manager/Owner very responsive to anything you might need or want.

Great stay at the Ilume!

Was visiting Nashville for a house hunting trip and stayed at this apartment. It was all it was promised – upscale, clean, very convenient, with easy check-in.We use the pool area for happy hour and the gym for our workouts. And the indoor parking was super convenient.The property manager was very responsive and responded to all of my texts with all of my silly questions!Would definitely recommend this property!

So close…it’s too good to be true. But it is!

Kudos to the owners, Mark and Erin. Our stay at this location was above and beyond excellent. First, we were allowed to check in early because we reached out and asked. They responded very fast with the good news. Everything from the garage entry, to the elevator, and to the room was safe and secure with entry codes.Our rental was extremely clean and decorated with an awesome Nashville theme. They have included anything and everything you need to have a comfortable stay.An Uber ride to Broadway was an easy 7-11 and maybe 5 minutes depending on the time of day.Lastly, the price for our stay was extremely affordable. We would highly recommend you purchase a stay here and if we revisit Nashville, we will certainly request here first.Thank you Mark and Erin!

The manager; Amazing The apartment; gorgeous and has everything you need and more! This property goes above and beyond. I hate to say anything negative because we loved the place. However, it’s time for new mattresses.

Great stay

We came to Nashville to sightsee and get away for 3 days. This property was a 25 minute walk to the heart of Broadway and a 5-10 minute walk to the Gulch district. The location was just far enough away to be nice and quiet. The property was great, even though it was right next to the outdoor pool, the insulation kept all of the noise out. The beds were very comfortable, and plenty of amenities, including towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, extra toilet paper, comforters, etc. We loved the gated underground parking as well. Would recommend for anyone coming to Nashville!

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

The condo complex smelled clean from the moment we walked in the main door. The condo was well stocked, comfy beds and furniture. We were there for a college visit to Vanderbilt. Everything was conveniently located for the purpose of our stay. We could easily walk to a number of places, we had access to our car for the college visit and also easily accessed cheap ride shares. I highly recommend this condo!
