ILLUME/Modern New Condo/ Pool & Downtown Views/Gym
- POOL IS OPEN MARCH 15! Located in the very-desirable Gulch-view area, our condo was finished in December 2019. The building is ultra-modern, secure, has pool and fitness center,grilling area and free parking in-a code-accessed gated garage below. Building entry is code-accessed,also. Excellent alternative to pricy nearby hotels.Five-minute walk to eateries, bars and the Gulch. Less than a mile to Broadway. Uber/Lyft rides to downtown about $6-8.We are very experienced in short-term rental business and are Superhosts. This is a brand NEW condo and that is why we don't currently have reviews. The short term rental permit number is: 2019076678.
Unforeseen circumstances happen so we strongly advise you to purchase trip insurance in case you have flight problems, sickness, or other circumstances!
