Inside, every bedroom has a real bed (no bunks) and its own bathroom, plus blackout curtains, smart TVs, and plenty of storage so everyone can settle in. With a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, pet-friendly setup, and baby/toddler gear available on request, it’s an easy, low-stress home base for friends, family, and fur babies alike.

House Rules
Follow basic tasks before check-out (trash in dumpster, dishwasher on). Your stay includes a damage waiver that covers accidental damage of up to $3,000. Relax! No need to stress over spills or breaking a glass but please do let us know so that we can arrange for repair or replacement prior to the next guest’s arrival.

Guest access
The whole space is for guest use. The only exceptions are the locked housekeeping closet in the game room and the locked mechanical closets through out the house (there are 3 that contain the hvac units and hot water heater).

Other things to note
This is a townhouse which means there are stairs. For that reason, this listing is not appropriate for people with mobility issues.
