    You will love how quiet the neighborhood is while only being a short drive to Broadway w/ the best music (maybe spot a celeb), food, historical landmarks,& museums.Enjoy the serenity of nature by the fire pit in our big back yard! The home is stocked w/all the basic essentials you’ll need. Feel liking staying in? We have all the cookware for you to be your own chef and plenty of seating arrangements for movies,naps,&games!

    This single-family home is perfect for your vacation! It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
    As you walk in the door, you will enter the living room/dining area. To the left of the living room start all 3 of the bedrooms.
    1st Bedroom:
    1 Queen size bed
    *Ensuite half bath
    2nd Bedroom:
    Qty 2 Twin size beds
    3rd Bedroom:
    1 King size bed
    Full bathroom is between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
    To the right of the front entrance/living area is the full kitchen. Down a few steps you will find bedroom 4.
    4th Bedroom:
    Full size bunk beds (Qty 2 beds total)
    Futon style couch
    * laundry is in this room.
    There is a large driveway that wraps around back that can fit approximately 4 cars. There is also a very large backyard and firepit for lots of outdoor fun!
    We will not be on sight, but we are local and can be available if needed.
    Would you like a Nashville recording artist to come to our townhome and play a private set? We can set that up for you! His name is Noah Alan and his music is available on all platforms.
    Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guest amenities. This includes but is not limited to:

Awesome Trip

We loved our VRBO. It was very close to so many of the things we wanted to do. It was very easy to communicate with our VRBO contact. The place offered a great place to stay with plenty of room. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay and great host

Great communications all around. I stayed while waiting a trip with my elderly Mother back to Phoenix. The host was remarkable and was always very prompt to reply. The property was very clean and more than enough space.

Family Gathering

Our oldest son now resides in Nashville and this was our first Thanksgiving going to the kids vs them coming home. I rented the house to accommodate our family and to cook. The house was great. Well stocked. Good beds. Nice backyard and fire pit. Easy location for getting to airport, grocery and downtown.

Great place for a few nights in the Nashville area

Hermitage is a quaint little town, and is only minutes away from Opreyland and Downtown Nashville. This place is located directly behind a school, but the area was very quiet. The only two issues we had were a leaky faucet in bedroom closest to the kitchen. The dripping noise was handled by closing the doors. The other was the toaster did not work.

The communication was excellent. He always responded immediately. There was a beer bottle cap on one of the beds. The dishes were not all very clean. Just 2 minor things. Yes, we would stay there again.

Nice, Safe, Clean: Will Stay Here Again!

This house is the best location if you want to be near Nashville but without all the crazy traffic and noise! The driveway was long enough for our cars to be parked there. Has a fire pit, didn't get a chance to use but it was clear of debris. The house was very well equipped with blankets, linens, and towels for all 6 of us. Cool smart TVs so we could hook up our game console easily to play games together with the downstairs area being enough space for us all. The water pressure was immaculate and the hot water does get hot, a very big plus for us. Roomy kitchen with all the cookware you would need and coffee maker as well. Very helpful in giving us ideas of where to visit, shop, and eat. I recommend this home and will stay here again when I bring my own family here!
