Overall the property is very good. I had a hard time finding the place and getting into the room. You have to use the back entrance and once inside, you have to hurry up and get your car out of the outside parking lot so it doesn't get towed and into the property garage. They are now charging 25 dollars to park in the garage. I am not happy with that. Apartment is very clean, very specious and very convienent to restaurants, shopping and downtown. I would recomment this location if you don't mind the parking fee added to your bill.

Cozy, Well-appointed and Incredible Location
We cant thank the Mint House enough for providing a comfortable home away from home for two weeks as we dealt with a medical emergency. Our one-bedroom and studio apartments were cozy, well-appointed and only two blocks away from Vanderbilt. Many thanks.
