Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, our VRBO is on a quiet cul de sac near downtown Nashville. Some of Nashville’s best restaurants and are less than 2 miles away. Downtown is just a quick 10 minute Uber ride/drive. Our home is very family and pet friendly. There is also a sprawling backyard for grilling, relaxing and space for pups to run around!
The space:
This VRBO is a very open concept. The breakfast area, kitchen, dining room and living room all flow together with high ceilings! The bedrooms have ample space and are separated for privacy. The backyard is large enough for entertaining and the porch wraps the entire back of the home with two sitting areas! One for dining and the other for relaxing to enjoy and little tv and drinks. The backyard is private and you will enjoy the quietness it provides. We have a grill available for you and your guests. In addition, can I get a hot tub?! Yes you can! Soak in the hot tub under the trees for a relaxing night!
If you happen to drive an EV, we can provide a charging station as well!
Please note: This VRBO has an apartment partially above it. In the master bedroom you may occasionally hear footsteps. However we have taken many steps to lessen the sound between the two spaces.

Perfect house in a great location with incredible hosts!

This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals in which I've ever stayed! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 dogs, and the hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful. The house was well-stocked, especially the kitchen, and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The yard and outdoor seating area are FANTASTIC, and we can't say enough positive things about our stay! Can't wait to come back for another visit, and to spend some more time there!

Beautiful home in a Great Location for Girls Weekend

This home is very spacious and beautiful for a larger gathering. There were 4 of us ladies in town to explore Nashville area. Very conveniently located for drives to the downtown, Gulch and park attractions. Owner was quickly responsive. I highly recommend.

Nestled in East Nashville

We loved this property! Heading home to a quiet neighborhood after a nosy evening on Broadway was great. It was only a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway! There were fun bars and two grocery stores close to the house. The host was very prompt in resto our questions.

Birthday Celebration

The property was much larger than we thought. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Very clean and nice backyard area. Quiet neighborhood and easy to Uber into downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Location

We found this house to be in a very central location. Close to downtown and Opryland. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was relaxing in the morning and end of a long day touring. The hot tub and bbq grill were nice additions that we used several times. The owner was very responsive to any requests or concerns we had.

Nice spot for a stay with family and dogs

Great jumping off point for exploring Nashville and surrounding areas. We took advantage of the large backyard for our pups and appreciated the separation between the master suite and guest bedrooms. This provided a comfortable private space for our family members and we enjoyed spending the evenings together playing games and watching movies in the living room. We stayed in September and would definitely recommend bringing bug spray as the beautiful yard is in a pretty woodsy area.

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway

So this is very delayed because I didn’t realize I forgot to leave a review but this stay was great! The property was perfect for our group, including our fur babes and communication with our host was spot on. We were there for a weekend get away for my husbands birthday with some friends and we brought along our pups. The personal touches when we arrived, birthday balloons and dog treats & toys, were unexpected but very welcoming. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

East Nashville Gem

This home is very welcoming with an open floor plan and several outdoor areas, perfect for enjoying with family and friends. Despite an apartment above, noise was quite minimal. The location is excellent for downtown Nashville access, and the owners are kind & attentive. The residence was equipped with all necessary amenities and conveniences. The only drawback is limited parking, as there is only one driveway spot allowed and minimal street parking.

Beautiful Property!

We had a great time at Ryans place! The neighborhood was great and the house was clean, well stocked and very spacious!! There is another unit above this one that i didnt notice in the liating, but could have overbooked. We had no issues with the other unit but could hear them walking around a bit. We would absolutely stay here again! Close to everything!

great location and nice house

The house is very nice, clean, and stocked well. It is a rental so things are not perfect but you can tell they update and repair when needed. It was nice to sit on the back patio in the mornings! The bathrooms are very nice and the small table off the kitchen was where we ate and played games. The location was perfect, away from the busy areas but close enough to drive to many things. We recommend this rental and would stay here again!

Nice Home Away From Home

This home was very nice. I missed the part about an apartment upstairs with tenants, but once we clarified, it was fine. No problems, just a surprise! The home was comfortable and very convenient to all we wanted to do in the Nashville area. Hot tub was a plus after walking around in the cool air to come back and chill in.

Christmas with kids

Had our adult children for Christmas gift exchange. It was the perfect property to be at. The kitchen was great for preparing the meal, the open floor plan allowed us all to feel together, the large dining room accommodated everyone and even though the kids did not spend the night, the bedrooms were nice and comfortable We took our two dogs and they loved being able to walk right out to the fenced in yard. We were lucky with the December weather and able to enjoy the nice porch in back. We are already planning to book the same place next year if the owners have it available.

Very enjoyable stay. Home is spacious and well equipped. Location is perfect for getting around Nashville, particularly downtown. Hosts are very accommodating and responsive. Only concern is the level of noise if there are renters using the upstairs apartment. There is no insulation between the floors and the apartment has wood or tile floors (my assumption) creating a significant amount of noise over the primary bedroom and living area. The fact there is an upstairs apartment is fully disclosed by the host; however, the noise level was a bit surprising.
