About this property
Family & Friends - Fun In Franklin
Step into Franklin history with this charming home on Historic Natchez St. Starting in the 1940s it was the neighborhood grocery store, later becoming a cozy restaurant - then a lively juke joint, and an 80's biker bar -If only the walls could talk!
Newly renovated, this house blends a vintage charm with modern comfort. Each room reflects its storied past. Less than 1 mile walk to Main Street, it’s the perfect spot for family & friends to enjoy a fun, memorable stay in the heart of Franklin.
About This Space For those seeking a true Franklin experience, you’ve found your spot.
Originally a neighborhood grocery store in the 1940s, this unique property has served many roles over the years—from a cozy restaurant to a lively juke joint, and even a neighborhood biker bar in the 1980s.
If only the walls could talk!
Newly renovated, spanning approx 1,900 sq. ft., the home offers plenty of space to gather with friends and family, as well as quiet corners to relax and unwind. Each room blends vintage character with modern comfort, preserving the soul of its storied past while offering thoughtful touches to elevate your stay—whether you're here to work, relax, explore, or celebrate.
Conveniently located less than 0.75 miles from historic downtown Franklin and just minutes from quaint boutiques, local coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We're also a short drive to the Saturday morning Farmer's Market at Liberty Station and one of my favorite places, the world-renowned Southall Farm & Inn, known for its luxurious spa, dining experiences and the amazing farm to table gardens, etc.
Enjoy historic sites that are near by, regular street fairs, monthly art crawls, boutique shopping, and southern hospitality in one of the best small towns in America.

Interior design of house was exceptional. If it wasn't professionally done, it looked like it was. Appears to have had many recent updates.

The house was just wonderful. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Didn't expect that for the price we paid. The neighborhood is definitely in transition, bit a bit edgy. The Tattoo sign on the front porch is a bit deceiving. We had a gentleman at the front door requesting a tattoo. Old signs are cool, but that one is a bit misleading. Great house and thank you for the opportunity to stay there.
