Roomy, Comfortable Townhome Relatively Close to DT and Colleges

The unit was the perfect size for us. It was a great layout and the beds were comfortable. The living room, kitchen space was also roomy and it was stocked well. Close proximity to Vandy and Belmont and still pretty close to DT. The only small negative was noise from construction in the general area that started early in the morning during the week and the master bedroom could use black out shades.

Family Weekend

Overall, great location and beautiful property with an excellent property manager. The manager was attentive and accommodating, and the home was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We arrived to find drinks and snacks for our pleasure and absolutely no “to do list” upon departure. Highly recommended for a great location and relaxing stay.

Spacious and comfortable

Lots of room for everyone to have their own space but it still had a comfortable living area for when we all wanted to spend time together. The location was an easy Uber ride to any attraction we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend this property and we would also stay there again.

Amazing house and stay!

We came to Nashville for a national figure skating competition at the SportsPlex. The property is right around the corner from the Sportsplex, which made going in coming very easy.This gorgeous home was one of the most comfortable and clean properties we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The owners were wonderful!Thank you so much for the hospitality and thoughtful snacks that were provided. The property was so quiet and the balcony overlooking the green and the view were wonderful. Thank you so much. We can’t wait to stay with you again in the very near future!

Great stay

This property was beautiful and located in a great spot that was convenient to Broadway. We had 5 adults and each of us had our own bed/space (6 total queen-king size beds). My family and I loved this house. The host was very accommodating and understanding and was always very quick to reply if I asked a question. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend staying here. The location was great, it was close to everything downtown.

Nashville trip with friends

Lauren was so great to work with and really helped make this trip with two units smooth for everyone. Great location and the property was perfect for our large group. Beds are extremely comfortable. Showers and bathrooms were roomy and perfect for a large group. Highly recommend!

Great get away location

Beautiful home that adequately allowed 6 adults privacy and sufficient common areas to enjoy. Everything you might need is there. From welcome snacks and soda to full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and pump soap in every bathroom. If we return to Nashville with friends or family again, this is a place we would definitely consider again!

Nice large home for groups

This home was great for our group. Home was very clean and stocked well! We loved all the paper towels, toilet paper and snacks that we normally have to buy. We were close to many attractions. Easy to drive or Uber. The garage was nice to have.

Wedding Weekend

The property was a great alternative for my adult children, rather than booking 4 hotel rooms. We had plenty of space and a nice living room to relax and watch the Olympics! It was just off Broadway, so Ubers were inexpensive. The host Lauren was very responsive to any request. Very pleased.

Just Perfect!

We had a group of 8 adults staying for the weekend! These hosts have thought of everything. Plenty of towels, bathroom/kitchen/laundry supplies, and a welcoming snack basket! Plenty of room at the table to gather for breakfasts and to sit in the living room at the end of the day to chat. So nice to have king size beds in all of the bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, as well. No problems with parking for everyone, check in/check out was so easy, and the whole place was really clean. Beautiful place! Would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Awesome house and great location!

The house was perfect! It was super clean and well equipped with lots of amenities - from the kitchen to the bathrooms. What a wonderful surprise to find blow dryers and straighteners in the bathrooms! The beds were so comfortable with lots of pillows. The best part was how clean the whole house was. We really appreciate a clean rental! In addition the location was super convenient. We were able to walk to the Parthenon and downtown was a quick Uber ride away. Highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Nashville!

“50” Birthday

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this was the best property I’ve stayed at so far. The place was very clean,Very updated, very comfortable it fit our needs perfectly with room to spare. The property manager was very accommodating made our whole trip so much easier. When we had a question, they were very quick to get back to us when we go back to Nashville we would definitely stay at this place again. It has five stars for sure. Great parents only trip!

My party of 4 couples came to Nashville for a kid free holiday weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, and roomy. Every couple had their own king room and we had two unused beds in bonus room. The place has everything you need and some unexpected amenities, like full size body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. Everything was as listed and property managers were super responsive and helpful with suggestions of things to do. Short Uber ride to downtown and away from all the crowds. Great trip! Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful vacation home, highly recommend!

We traveled to Nashville to celebrate two birthdays, one for my brother and one for my husband. There were 9 of us and this home fit us all very comfortably. My interactions with Laura, the homeowner, were wonderful, she was kind and accommodating by allowing us and early check in, and she even helped me find a concierge service that pre-filled our refrigerator, set up birthday decorations and arranged for a custom birthday cake - all of which was set up before we arrived! Check in and check out was super easy and the house came with almost everything we needed. We would definitely stay at one of these homes again!
