PRIVATE BALCONY: Access the private balcony from the living room; comfortably seats 2-3 adults. Enjoy lovely evening views of downtown city lights. By order of the fire marshal, NO grilling or real candles are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside the condo.
COMPLIMENTARY ASSIGNED PARKING: One complimentary parking space is included for a small to mid-sized vehicle only. Details (make, model, color & plate details) of the vehicle must be provided no later than 24 hours after check-in. No large or long-bed trucks, oversized vans, motorcycles, tractor-trailers, or U-hauls are allowed. Guests who violate this house rule will be towed by the HOA & will lose the $500 security deposit. In addition, damage(s) to our parking sign will incur repair fees and be deducted from the security deposit. We highly encourage guests to consider Lyft/Uber when going out. The attention to detail is fantastic. The location is great. Wasn’t get to and from downtown and Vanderbilt neighborhoods. The extra touches like snacks and beverages made it extra special.
This was the best experience I’ve had thus far! Shannon & Lee were the best hosts! The condo was very welcoming and cozy. It gave off couples retreat. The pictures on the site does no justice from seeing it in person!!!! Everything was exactly how they it would be. They were very responsive, and even listened to my 1 minor request of having Red Bull in the fridge!!! This place had everything you needed in case you forgot something… I would highly recommend anyone to who’s looking for a nice cozy/romantic stay, to stay at this property!!! Let’s not forget it’s located near everything within a a short drive. We took an uber to Broadway and had an absolute blast!!! The chicken spot “Hattie B’s” is literally a mile or so away. Great food might I add. So if you’re looking for somewhere that’s inviting with great hosts this is the place to get!!!

This place is impeccable. My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here. From the conversations with Shannon leading up to our trip, their hospitality/communication during our stay, generous gifts (flowers/card) recognizing our anniversary for us and to the many refreshments…everything about this place is FIRST CLASS!!! Shannon and Lee condo is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean (pictures don’t do this place justice). Perfect location with a view of the city.
