  • This listing and the prices shown are for BOTH houses. Amazing gated property with two modern houses with same floorplans - 4 bedroom 3 full bath houses with double decker back porches offering amazing views. So a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. FULL SIZE lots so plenty of privacy and neighbors NOT sleeping less than 10 feet from roof top deck u want to party on.

    WALKABLE to East Nashville Beer Works & Mexican Restaurant

    Each house sleeps 12+ people; therefore the property sleeps 24+ total. All hardwood floors/heated master bathrooms floors. Large open floor plans, large closets, and extra drink fridges make the houses great for large groups. Each house has a 65" led tv with cable in living , 5 other flat screens and fastest internet package available. All beds are brand new and have memory foam mattresses. Double decks with amazing sunset views - large outdoor sectional, fire pit and lounge chairs on bottom deck and patio set on top deck. Two 6 person hot tubs recessed into the back decks that is professionally maintained (drained, cleaned and refilled between every guest). Outdoor granite kitchen with grill, burners, sink and fridge.

    Large cedar fenced backyard with professionally maintained/irrigated lawn and fence. Backyard is ready to entertain with Cornhole sets, putting greens, stand up bar 6 fire pits, sectional and loungers, 2 HOT TUBS and .... Massive pergola for event ceremonies or outside dining for up to 30 seated and 65" outdoor TV. Private gated parking for 8 vehicles with electronic gates and round about - so no need to back out of drive and Uber/Lyfts are able to pull around back of house and pick you up

Great place for a weekend in Nashville!

Well situated and furnished location with wonderful hosts. The large backyard and hot tubs add so much to the experience. Michael was responsive throughout the whole process. Would recommend for large groups looking for a comfortable spot.

A Great Property For Large Groups

My fiancé and I had friends from all corners of the country come to stay with us for our engagement party. The host was very easy to reach and the property had more than enough space and amenities. We rented Michael's house for our daughter's wedding reception, and it resulted in the perfect choice. Not only were the two connected homes ideal for our 60 guests, but the ease of which this was done made life simple for us.We had 14 guests stay in the homes and the gated parking was more than adequate for our needs. Caterer was able to prepare foods in one kitchen while the reception started off in the other house. Although we had the wedding elsewhere, it could have easily been done there in the back yard. We are a casual group that ended up using both seating areas, porches and even both hot tubs. Thank you Michael and team for making this event memorable and for getting us raves from the bride, groom, friends and family. You even hand delivered our alcohol list (at a discount if I might add) which made life easier as we came from Knoxville for this. I'm a 20-year Marriott general manager and accordingly have higher expectations, all of which were exceeded. Thank you again!!

Perfect Spot

We had a large group of friends and family for a 40th birthday celebration. The houses were beautiful and allowed us a place to relax and hang out away from Downtown but close enough to Uber to everything. Everyone in our party couldn’t say enough good things about the houses. Micheal was an amazing host, checking in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well and even shipping some items one of us left behind. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Property

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning property and it exceeded all expectations. Truly amazing property, super close to downtown Nashville, I was able to have all my friends and family stay together in one spot for the weekend and enjoy. The kids love the hot tub didn't wanna leave the property after the weekend was over. Beautiful backyard with fire pits. In addition to the exceptional amenities, the property's host went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable.

Perfect for our needs

We were in Nashville for a family reunion. We wanted outdoor space to gather (and play whiffle ball!) and this property was great. Very comfortable beds and living areas. More chairs outside would be nice- not just on the patio. That is our only suggestion! We had plenty of space for everyone and to cook/prepare meals. Will stay here again!

Enjoyed out stay immensely at Talbot's Corner. We had a large group come for a 3 night stay during the Packers vs Titans weekend. These homes were perfect for our group. Everything is updated, clean and well laid out. Just a short Uber ride to Broadway Street. It happened to be in the mid 90's that weekend and one of the air conditioners was not working up to par. The management company came out immediately and replaced it along with a gift for our trouble. Above and beyond with the service. Highly recommend!

Perfect Group Space

We had my cousin's 50th birthday party here and it was a perfect space! The backyard is HUGE with plenty of gated parking for vehicles (even got our 32' RV back there). The two hot tubs were great, as was the large bluetooth speaker to play music throughout. Even the bunk beds were adult sized! More like queens than twins. Could easily sleep two people on each one. Also, the added services of alcohol and food delivery were above and beyond. We didn't need them for our trip but for those groups flying everyone in, I could see this being a huge logistical help. Would definitely recommend for any larger groups looking for a home base in Nashville. Just 10 min ride from downtown or 15 min to Grand Old Opry.
