Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, this gem is located in the historic Belmont-Hillsboro neighborhood, only a block off 12 South Ave. It's a cozy one bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, living room and kitchen. It also has a private backyard and deck. Just renovated, everything is new--decor, furnishings, fixtures, appliances. Hardwood floors throughout and well-appointed, you won't be disappointed! Has microwave, full size range, frig, wash/dryer. Corporate rates are available for longer stays.

The location is amazing. Tons of shops, restaurants, farmers market, coffee shops, bars, and more are only one block away on 12 South Ave. The Gulch and downtown areas are a $8-10 Uber ride away. Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Belmont University are 3-4 minutes nearby.

Adorable little cottage

We loved our stay at this adorable little cottage. Great location for everything, the bed was so comfortable. My only complaint was i wish it had a dresser to put my clothes in, but we managed and i wiyld definitely stay here again.

Perfect little cottage in beautiful little neighborhood!

We had no complaints at all during our stay. The house was well appointed and situated in a great neighborhood, 12 South. Getting in and out of downtown was easy and there were plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Loved this place!

This cottage was perfect for our long weekend in Nashville. The location is great and walkable to quaint restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It’s a quick drive to Broadway and other area attractions. The place itself is well appointed with everything you need and is beautifully decorated. The owners are very friendly and responsive.

Great for a getaway

Great little place for my wife and I to spend our anniversary. Walkable to the neighborhood spots and a short Uber/Lyft to downtown and other spots. Comfortable accommodations, quiet and dark at night.

Great Couples Stay!

Great 12South Location

Nice place! Very convenient for 12South, only a block off. Quick walk to Frothy Monkey and other well-known spots. The home was very clean and cozy and comfortable. Ideal for Belmont parents!

Great Location

The cottage is in a great location within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops that 12 South/Belmont has to offer. Super home base for exploring all of Nashville. The listing is accurate and Tim is a very responsive host.

Great location

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location was perfect, with lots of interesting good restaurants and coffee shops within an easy walk. It was also easy to access other areas in Nashville. The cottage was the right size for my wife and I and very comfortable. Our host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Nashville.

Corner cottage

My boyfriend and I stayed at this cottage the past five days and we had the best experience. The location can not be beat. Easily accessible to downtown Nashville while still having so many options for sit down restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The cottage was very well kept and we were impressed by it from the minute we walked in.

Great Place to Stay in Nashville

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. The location is outstanding; easy walking distance to excellent restaurants and other attractions in the vibrant '12 South' area, and only about a 10 minute drive into downtown Nashville. The unit is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood which we found to be a nice 'balance' from the downtown Nashville experience. The unit is perfect for singles or 2 people, and the owner was very nice to deal with and very responsive to any request for assistance. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Stay EVER!!

We chose this stay due to the area and reasonable rate. This CUTE little place has everything you need and we even extended our stay. Our only issue was parking a few times because of public roadside parking.

Awesome Place in 12 South

This place was awesome! Clean, great space, and wonderful location, 1 block off 12 South. Super close to dining, drinks, & shops. Also, just a short drive or Uber to downtown and Gulch area. We would highly recommend this house.

12 S is a great spot

This was our 2nd trip to Nashville and our first stay in the 12 S area. What a great spot plenty to do and so many options for trans (bike, scooter, uber).
