Non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Cleaners came into the room despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Front desk workers were rude and prioritized personal phone calls over guests checking in. $75 deposit was charged upon check in for potential damages, was not discussed upon reservation, and will not be returned for several days. Loud music and talking throughout the night, though that can happen lots of places. Would not stay again.
