Perfect Nash Stay!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend away! Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy access & uber rides to Broadway. The house was perfect for our group of 8! Plenty of beds & the bedding was so comfy. The back porch is so cute also. Thank you for an amazing stay. You truly helped make it an incredible weekend!

This house is really cute and as pictured. My only complaint is the old musty smell that it has. I suggest wall plug ins air fresheners. Outside of that everything was great! Beds were comfortable, the decor is cute, and the location is great!

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with a group of people during a trip to Nashville. We were very pleased that the kitchen was so well-stocked with many essential items. The house also had plenty of linens and towels.

Family wedding weekend

We enjoyed this house with great and vibrant decor. We enjoyed our evening on the covered porch. Plenty of space for the 8 of us and easy access to downtown and wedding venue. Definite place to stay again.

We needed an affordable house for 11 people while celebrating my son’s 21st birthday. The house was adequately clean, bedding arrangements were as advertised and the location was good for heading downtown.

The cutest little house in Nashville!!

The house was perfect! Melissa has the house decorated absolutely adorable! Our only complaint was it does have a smell to it. Everything else was perfect! We will book again when we come back to Nashville!!

Excellent host; Super cute Nashville home

The host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The backyard is beautiful and the deck is a nice bonus. The decor was fabulous for my family's first trip to Nashville. The living room had enough seating for the whole family. The location was great, away from the noise of downtown but still just a short drive to everything.

Centrally located - very roomy and comfortable beds -

Great location, clean , comfortable beds . More room than we thought . The older family members stayed upstairs, the younger people stayed. In the rooms in the walk out finished basement. Nice amenities. Easy check in / out.

Had a good time!

Stayed for a Spiderz Softball Tournament. The only gripe I had was I was told the "5th bedroom" was the den but its really just a bed downstairs in the common area so one person in my party didnt have any privacy, however, we made it work and had a great time! I would recommend because eveything else was fine!

Smaller place but definatly enough room for 10

The home is on the smaller size but the living room is big and the sleeping arrangement is more then enough for 10 people. We had a wonderful stay with alot of late nights and laughter. The drive into Nashville is easy and only 6 miles away. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. We had a great time.

Great House and Neighborhood

My family's stay was wonderful. House was clean, stocked with appliances and there was plenty of spread out space. We were there during an extremely hot weather week and a/c was on a timer that did not match weather. That would be the only issue we had. Neighbors were friendly. we would stay again.
