Marina open year round with Sam's sports bar, restaurants, two golf clubs, shopping and more. The cottage is professionally cleaned and managed. Very well maintained. Comfortable and compact. One story living, no stairs. Fully stocked kitchen. We provide linens and towels. All start-up toiletries. Quiet and established neighborhood.The host is unique by far. Broker owned and managed. Offers short term & long term stays. The property manager resides on the back portion of the premise and is available only if needed. Private & separate living spaces, separate entrances.
