Enjoy your stay at this cozy, freshly remodeled home located near DWNTN, Miller, Siegel Soccer, & MTSU. This home comes equipped with all you'd need for a quick trip or an extended stay (laundry in home). The kitchen includes dishes, cookware, some pantry items and other necessities. If you are travelling with a little one, you'll also find a pack-n-play and booster chair in the home. Each bedroom has a TV and high-quality mattress with comfortable bedding for a relaxing night's rest.

Home includes a smart TV in the Living Room and both Bedrooms equipped with streaming services.
Fast Wi-Fi to support multiple streaming devices.
Games, puzzles, and coloring/art supplies available for unplugged entertainment.
Pack-n-play located in the Master closet as well as a portable highchair in the cabinet above the washer for your little traveler. Pack-n-play sheets also provided.
Blow dryer and a small stash of toiletries provided should you happen to forget something.
Laundry with detergent available during your stay.
Kitchen includes Keurig, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, knife set, serving utensils, silverware, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, wine bottle opener, can opener, pantry items, and more.
If you are celebrating during your stay, please let us know as we'd love to help you get the celebration started. Also, happy to suggest local services as needed (local florist, in home chef, etc.).

The whole home is accessible during your stay including the yard. The garage is inaccessible to guests as it is used to store supplies to service the home.

This home is private and not shared. Your host is local and can be reached at any time during your stay.

In order to provide the best experience for each of our guests, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Additionally, this home is not suited to host more than 5 adult guests and is limited only to those listed in the reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be discussed/disclosed prior to arrival. No events or parties.
No smoking on the premises. If a guest is smoking in the home or anywhere near the doors/windows of the home an additional cleaning fee of $150 may be charged to address lingering odors.
In respect of our neighbors, we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
We put a lot into the renovations of this home and hope our guests will treat the space with care during your stay.
