Just 13 minutes to Downtown Nashville, nestled in the heart of Donelson, safe, established neighborhood, and only 7 minutes to the airport. 10 minutes away from Opryland Hotel, the Opry Mills mall , Regal theatre, tons of restaurants, all kinds of walking trails, and a large splash park. One small, and one Large fenced yard for your pup.

    - We can create a private songwriter evening for you and your guests, just ask! $$

    Please note, we are not offering the "whole house". This is a beautiful , sunny, finished basement, VERY QUIET, with a covered deck 26x12, and all completely private for you. Fenced yard. You will traverse 7 steps down to a ramp which leads around back to enter.

    We offer a nice work space, strong and fast atnt internet, with a nearby power strip at the sturdy built in counter, between kitchen area and the lounge area.

    PLEASE NOTE: the first 2 guests will be charged our base rate. Any guests more than 2 will add $30.00 per night, per guest. Extra guests will need to inflate the aero bed by plugging it in. It is a size double. Good for younger people or small adults. Check in time is 3:00 pm unless otherwise arranged. We can usually be flexible with check in/check out times please ask.

    Free parking off the street, spacious sunny basement master suite. 1king/1 aero bed upon request/1Bath. 620 SF. Huge, private, covered back deck and yard area, overlooking more than 3/4 wooded acres. Kitchenette is outfitted with enough cookware for simple cooking, 2 burner plug-in stove top, multi-use air fryer, Kuerig coffee maker, small refrigerator, and Mikasa dishware service for 2 . We have earned all excellent reviews, because we hustle for our guests!

Lovely stay

Weekend getaway

Our stay was perfect for our stress free weekend getaway. Loved the garden tub for restful baths every night and it took us less than 15 minutes to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Great place to explore Nashville!!!

Excellent stay from start to finish! The hosts were super helpful and the room was perfect with a beautiful view from the back porch. Super easy to get into town but nice and quiet when your there. Highly recommend!!!

Great hidden gem

We had 4 adults who stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. Loved the outdoor space looking over the trees! It is very close to Nashville without being in all the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay at this property. Such a peaceful oasis that's near everything. So convenient to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend the songwriting gathering that Kim offers. It was such a a treat to listen to such talented artists perform right on the back porch.

Everything was absolutely wonderful: cozy, clean, peaceful. Hosts were thoughtful helpful and attentive. Only concern was getting in and out of shower tub - a bit of an athletic move. Will stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice country stay in the city

Very nice property really nice backyard. Close enough to downtown but far enough away that you’re not in all the hustle and bustle. Very good communication and a lot of help from property owner on places to go and how to get there.

Great place and atmosphere

We had an amazing stay at Kim and Stans place. They have a great spot and keep it very clean and up to date. We noticed their green thumb and how beautiful all their plants and shrubs are about the place. Nashville was an amazing time after catching a few dinners, comedy’s shows, and broadway nights. Could not ask for a better stay!

Great weekend place!

We came to Nashville for a long weekend. The stay was very nice. Very quick access to Broadway, the airport, and the Opryland hotel. The hosts were very nice and super easy to communicate with. The room was very comfortable for 4 people. Safe and secluded place. Will rent again next time in Nashville.

Great Location

Wonderful home in a quaint neighborhood with a beautiful backyard and deck. We liked this location so much we actually spent more time at the house than downtown. Easy drive into Broadway. Very nice amenities. Very excellent host. I would highly recommend!

Home away from home

This was a great location for a long, girls, concert weekend. It was easy to get around via Uber and Nash Pink Ride. The apartment was comfortable and the ownsite owners accessible via text for any questions or recommendations we sought out. Near Publix and restaurants. Worked out perfectly for our trip!

Quiet and safe neighborhood

My daughter and I were visiting for a long weekend. The place was very clean and the mattresses were comfy. Two of the most important things to me. I was also very happy that it was in an excellent neighborhood. It was a short Uber ride to downtown. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Nashville location!

Kim and Stan were great hosts! I stayed at this property for one month while visiting family in Nashville. I couldn't have been more comfortable. The property was very private and quiet, and I felt safe going on daily walks around the neighborhood. I had everything I needed for my month-long stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this Vrbo rental to my friends and family.

cozy retreat

This place was awesome. Really clean, super comfortable beds and the vibe was very chill and serene. The backyard is beautiful. Loved that it was in a very quite mature neighborhood. Also very close to downtown so Uber was quick and cheap. Would totally recommend this place to anyone asking. The outside porch is amazing as well. Enjoyed reading my book in the morning. Great VRBO

We had a pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfortable and the location to Nashville made our commuting super short! This location has a country feel but is so close to so much like downtown Nashville and Opry Mills Mall. The unit itself was charming, quirky and cute with a lovely view from the porch. We weren’t aware the unit is adjacent to where the owner lived, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Kim was very nice and her being upstairs was not a bother whatsoever. If we are back in Nashville we will consider renting here again

Great value and a great place to stay

an emergency trip to Nashville for my mom meant a place to stay. I tried VRBO and found Kim's place. The price was the same as a hotel but had two sleeping areas, a kitchenette, and a separate entrance. Throughout our visit, our hostess was helpful and kind. The place was clean and well appointed with dishes, a crockpot, microwave, and toaster oven. Plenty of towels and blankets, comfortable beds and seating, and all the tv channels one might need. The location is 15 minutes from everywhere and easy to get into and out of. This is THE PLACE to stay in Nashville

We loved everything about this rental property. The place is spotless and charming. All the kitchen necessities are right at hand. The bathtub is an unexpected luxury, great for a chilly night. The beds are clean and comfortable. The location is exactly as promised- 10 10-minute Uber to Broadway. Our favorite feature was the beautiful private backyard. We enjoyed having morning coffee and evening drinks every day. A huge part of our five-start trip was this rental property.

Lots of Civil War History in the area.

Close to downtown Nashville. Awesome view of city skyline as you crest a hill approaching the apartment. Visit Franklin. Nice downtown and lots of Civil War history, Apartment has big pretty private back yard with lots of beautiful birds and birdsongs. Quiet location but close to highway access for getting around. Kim is very friendly. This was our 2nd time to stay here in March. Late March weather felt great to us from the North. Stones River Greenway has excellent walking or biking.
