Bring your group vacation or business to our luxury beauty of a 8 Rms & 7 Baths home in the heart of Nashville! Can add an additional 3 BR in the complex next door if more BR are needed to make it 11 BR total— please inquire about them first prior to booking. Enjoy a location that’s within 2 miles of all of Nashville’s attractions.

INSIDE THE HOUSE
Entering a large cul-de-sac and walking up a wide stairway like a superstar, you will be led to the front entrance.
The main floor spreads out before you with handsome oak hardwood or tile floor throughout, including a large living room, open kitchen, master bedroom with a king bed and large balcony near the kitchen and huge deck in the front of the house. A flat 75" TV sets on top of elegant fireplace; 12 seat dark brown dining table with 4 more when expanded lies at center of the floor; comfortable sectional sofa with two reclining seats and three seat sofa are laid around a coffee table; Channel your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen featuring delightful granite counters, huge galaxy black granite island provides 4 more seats on one side, trendy white cabinets and full-size stainless steel appliances including a stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Up the wooden stairs, guests find privacy and quiet on top floor with large balcony on the back side. There are four bedrooms on the top floor. two of them have two queen size beds. A stackable washer and dryer is tucked away in an upstairs closet for your convenience.
Down the stairs, three more en-suite rooms with queen size bed each on ground floor give you a quick rest after exciting night life.
Please note that we have several houses next to each other or within throw of a stone so we can accommodate large groups in the same complex or neighborhood. Please inquire if you have a large group and we will get you pricing for multiple homes.

Frank was great and supper accommodating! The house was packed with necessities which was extremely helpful as we were traveling via plane. Also was clean and a great size home for my party of 13. One of the best rentals I have stayed in.

Wonderful stay and everything as they said

We rented this house for us and our close relatives to attend our son's wedding. We were comfortable and all expectations were met. When we return we will look this property up for renting.

Great family reunion experience

With 13 adults and 4 children, it was a comfortable place to stay for everyone (having individual bathrooms was excellent), while being very walkable and convenient for ride-share. House with lots of cleaning, bathing products, linens, and host was accomdating and responsive.

Birthday celebration

My family and I came to celebrate my daughter’s 21st Birthday. It was such a comfortable place for our group of 16 adults. Perfect location and the fact that each room has it’s own bathroom is a huge plus! We will definitely stay here again.

Sibling reunion

Great place; great communication with host. Group was 12 adults - 10 of us 70+ years old. The gathering space is very important to us and this was perfect. Huge kitchen island, table that sat the 12 of us and lounging/reclining sofa- all in an open concept. 8 bedrooms with own bath, excepting 2 sharing a jack and Jill.

Family get-together

We had 15 family members in our group and everyone commented on what a goid choice this was. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was walking distance to many of the attractions and restaurants. The Barcelona restaurant was a favorite. It was nice to have the big table with so many chairs because we are a card playing family and this was convenient for us.

Nashville Cats

We had eight couples from Venice, Florida stay here for the weekend. The house was perfect for us. We loved the open floor plan on the main level and the large table for us to hang out. Each bedroom had its own bath except one of us shared a Jack & Jill bathroom which worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend this place. It wasn’t too far away from the Gulch or Broadway.

Perfect set up and location

We only stayed in the 8 bedroom part of the property. 6 couples for a 50th celebration. The layout was perfect and the common space of the kitchen and living room was a great size. Check in and check out was super easy and host very responsive. I would just advise you not answer to anyone knocking your door unexpectedly because you might meet an interesting neighbour. She did add to a lifetime of memories though so I guess it’s more a warning to answer at your own risk :). One review said it was walking distance to Broadway but just map it out first before choosing this location for that reason. Uber was quick and easy and our boots weren’t made for walking 1.3 miles on top of dancing for hours but maybe that’s a reflection of our age. Nashville and this property did not disappoint! Highly recommend.

Great place for a large group

Our group of 10 guys came to Nashville for a Fantasy Football Draft. The place was great. A lot bigger and nicer than what I thought from the photos. We had plenty of space. 8 bedrooms, 2 of which had 2 double queen beds. No bunk beds or anything like that. Most of the rooms had their own bathroom and shower. The main floor was great for gathering. A 10 person table plus a kitchen island with 4 more stools. And a large L shaped couch. Check in was easy. Place was clean and plhad plenty of linens. Location was about a 5 to 10 minute Uber ride from Broadway. All in all a good trip. I picked the place and got lots of compliments. Thanks Frank for giving us a late check out as some of the guys had a late flight.

Nice house, inconsistent communication

House was clean and beds were comfortable. We had 9 staying in the 8 bedrooms. It hosted our group well and was nice to convene in the main rooms. Walls are thin if you're a light sleeper. The WIFI was terrible, actually not even usable. I messaged the host and never received a response, even though we saw someone get into the owner's garage while we were there. I thought they were coming to fix or inspect the wifi, but service did not change and no contact was made back with me. I also reached out to the host to ask for early checkin and if there was a Keurig, but again received no response. This was surprising because I had earlier asked for later checkout and was granted that with a response very promptly (and that was much appreciated).

Fun stay, convenient location, nice owner/manager

All the bedrooms were very comfortable, and the living area was perfect for our big group of 13 people (age range: 4 to 80). The decorations are simple, with a minimalist vibe. The kitchen is stocked with basic items like oil, spices, tea, coffee, condiments, etc. which is something I appreciated very much as we had some meals at home. Plenty of dishes in the well-stocked kitchen. I appreciated the flexibility with check-in times as well.The location was great -- a short drive to the sites and an easy walk to a handful of coffee shops and restaurants. You can also walk to bars in the Gulch area. Parking wasn't a problem (available in the front and the back). The location can be noisy as young people are living next door, but it wasn't too bad.

Perfect for us

This house was perfect for 10 of us for our ladies trip. There were 8 bedrooms with 10 beds so we all had our own bed. The location being near the Gulch & downtown was very convenient. The common space was also great since there was seating for us all. The only issue we had was there was quite a bit of trash on the street around the trash cans (overflowing). There is an attached unit that we shared the front deck with. The tenants in the unit were very nice & quiet but had a beer keg sitting outside. We were there during the week so I'm not sure how it would be on weekends. Also the main floor needs something to help with the acoustics. There was one area rug but that was not enough. It was very loud. Overall we were very happy & would rent this unit again. FYI - I gave the communication a 3 (avg) because they didn't have a "Not Applicable" option.

Great weekend with friends

Great location. Walked to main areas of downtown. Area seems a little dirty with trash around and neighbors said be sure to lock our doors. We never felt unsafe. Inside of house was awesome. Property owner was really helpful.

Great location for a family reunion

This home worked well for our group of 11. Because we have two generations (ages 27-63), it was important to me to have a common area space so that everyone could gather to talk and play games. Otherwise the young adults would have disappeared! The large dining table was perfect for a multitude of games and the living room had ample seating for most of us to sit at once. Convenient location too. The WiFi was initially not working well but Frank quickly set up a range extender which solved the problem. Plenty of paper supplies available. This was not nearly the cheapest option but it was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend!

Texas in Nashville

We had a great time at the house. It was very spacious and “hotel-ready”. The location was 10 mins away from all the hot spots we visited. Some friends even walked over to the burger joint. Each room in the house was well stocked with each room’s needs. We would stay here again!
