One home centers on a rooftop hot tub lit up with pink light after dark, with skyline views in every direction and an open-concept living room anchored by a kitchen island with bar seating. Next door, the second home brings its own rooftop deck with a fire pit, gas grill, and open sky for a second gathering spot, plus a comic-inspired theme room with its own doorway straight onto a private balcony.
