Other Things to Note:
- No windows in this suite due to the building’s historic design.
- Due to its historical significance as a row building constructed in 1875, this particular suite does not feature windows. - Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.
- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

Fun and Convenient

Our stay couldn't have been any more perfect. We booked unit 4 for our honeymoon, it was clean, nicely furnished and over everything the best location we could have asked for! There were several times after walking around to several bars and stores that we could easily just stop at our room and cool down or relax for a bit. Not to mention Brittainy was amazing to work with and even brought us a little bottle of champange to help us celebrate our honeymoon! We will be back again, hopefully soon!!

Location, Locatio, Location

Property was just a few steps from Broadway and numerous restaurants on 2nd ave. Plenty to do and see all within walking distance. Room was very clean and in great shape. Even though it was so close to all the downtown action in Nashville, it was amazingly quiet. The property was easy to access and secured. We picked this property because it was well within walking distances to our favorite restaurant, Demo's. But we found plenty of other places that we now enjoy too. We would recommend this property and are likely to stay there again next year on our annual visit to Nashville.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend to experience Nashville! This property is in a great location. Close to all of the excitement but still so quiet and private when you get to your room! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean!! Thank you for providing a great place!

We took a spontaneous weekend trip for my partners 50th Birthday to Nashville and the host Grand Welcome Nashville Team went above and beyond. They setup decorations per my request to surprise my man for his bday. He was very touched!! Access to the room was so convenient. The room was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and quiet. Not having a window wasn’t a concern, set your alarm. The location was incredible, at the end of the strip, but surrounded by all the entertainment. Across the street was a delicious restaurant called The Stillery and an ice cream/coffee and bakery shop. And for those who love Taco Bell, between the ice cream/coffe and bakery shop…. This Taco Bell was top notch!!! You get a band and margaritas We will definitely be back and found our place when we come visit!!!! Thank you Grand Welcome

The location was perfect. We walked everywhere on Broadway. The cost was unbelievable, especially for the location. The property was quiet at night even though there is a bar next door. We have already recommended this place to others and will stay here again when we come back! Best place to stay to experience Nashville!

Amazing location

Overall, pleased with the whole experience. Worth the money compared to hotels nearby. Not having a window in the room is a little weird because you can't tell what the weather is like but also nice and quiet. When you're in the room, you'd never know you were so close to the party! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for downtown but lots of noise

Perfect spot to stay for quick access to all the bars on Broadway and surrounding area. Was disappointed in the amount of noise in the room from the surrounding bars that lasted until they closed. Mostly the deep bass sound from the drums. Also the foot noise from whatever is over the roof of the room fluctuated between antelopes and elephants overhead. I realize that staying in the heart of downtown you should expect noise but since the prior reviews I read stated how quiet it was I was a little disappointed. Would totally recommend they put in a drop down ceiling with insulation to drown out the foot noise from overhead though. A full length mirror on the door and some door/wall hooks would be great for hanging up coats, bags, and wet towels. Some hand soap in the bathroom would be nice too. The bed was super comfortable and location perfect. Would recommend staying here but be prepared for noise

Great experience!! The only downfall is there where no windows in our room. Pitch dark when the lights were off. We didn’t mind but could see others not liking it.
