Fully equipped with washer dryer, kitchen includes eat-in area, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

The courtyard is available to hang out, and the deck offers outdoor hang out.
For those with mobility issues, the front entrance has a handrail and 10 steps up a sloped yard, or you can enter from the alley where there is free parking and the entrance is level. There are 3 steps up the deck to the front door.

Edgehill is between the Gulch, 12S, Hillsboro Village, Vanderbilt, and Belmont. It's an easy walk downhill or super easy Uber to downtown.
My place's charm comes from comfy amenities and a deck in a convenient location.

Free dedicated parking behind building and plenty of street parking.

A cool trip is to walk to 12 South, rent a bike and explore 12S down to Sevier Park, then bike to the Gulch, drop the bike, shop & dine, and Uber (or walk) back to the apartment.

Quiet and convenient

Beds were very comfortable and linens very nice as was the living room furniture. Street was very quiet and off street parking nice to have.
