- Relax in Murfreesboro at this delightful duplex in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Each unit is private with totally separate, private patio and fenced back yard. We are pet friendly and allow 1 dog. Our cozy cottage is less than 2 miles from downtown Murfreesboro and 10 minutes from MTSU. With two cozy bedrooms featuring queen beds, guests find the perfect spot to rest after a day of exploring. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and a hair dryer. A/C Climate control keeps the space nice and comfortable year-round. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this cottage offers a perfect home base. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our cottage!
