LOCATION At this centrally located gem, attractions like the Johnny Cash Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Ryman Auditorium are all just about a mile away, and in-between is your pick of cafes, craft breweries, local bars and music venues. Enjoy the city views from the private rooftop. There is plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace.

There is a two car garage and driveway with free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home consists of the two car garage and two king Bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. The second level boasts an open floor plan living area, dining room, kitchen and third bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The primary bedroom suite with king bed is located on the third level with the bonus room and the rooftop terrace! The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with a cozy fireplace.

Perfect Spot for a Nashville Trip!

Had a wonderful time staying at this Vrbo - perfect location, close to Broadway, but not in the middle of the craziness. Quick Uber ride to most things. Property was perfect for our group, loved the multiple king beds and bathroom accommodations. Communication with our host was great, she was very accommodating. Would recommend to others!

Great Stay!

Came down with a group and the house offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Great neighborhood that is a close Uber ride to Broadway but far enough out it’s not crazy busy. It is nice to have a garage space for parking. Will definitely be back if we return to Nashville!

The Best Friend Vacation!

The house was perfect! Three retired couples decided to give Nashville a try and we are so glad we did! Everyone had a wonderful time! The house fit our needs perfectly. House was clean modern and roomy. Quick Uber ride to all locations we wanted to go. We definitely are planning to go back soon.

Beautiful Home Amazing Stay !

We had 4 couples stay in this amazing house ! Very clean and spacious. Rooms where big with comfy beds. Every couple had their own space. Location was 10 min Uber to Broadway. We required a late check out and owner was very accommodating letting us stay till 3pm. Definitely going to recommend others that are travelling with friends to stay here !

Wonderful Property - 5 Stars!!

Everything about this vacation home is fantastic, from check in to check out. Communication was quick and Laura was helpful and great to work with. The home is beautifully decorated and nearly brand new. There is so much room for everyone to spread out, the upstairs bonus room and outdoor fireplace were a huge hit. The bedrooms were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. When we realized there were no hairdryers the first morning there Laura had three of them delivered right away! The neighborhood is nice, right in Music Row, and Broadway is very close! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville!

Wonderful Space!

I had 4 colleagues coming into town and I needed a convenient space to be able to house them and also allow me to get there early morning and leave late night for our work appointments (I live in gulch) This house was perfect! Beautifully appointed, large and super new and clean. My colleagues loved it and the extra living area upstairs was so great so we could separate and have two meetings at once. Also the garage was absolutely necessary and made life happier 😝 Would absolutely recommend this to anyone and a cherry on top was how easy it was to communicate with the property manager.

This was a great place to accomodate 4 couples. Each couple had their own full size King Bedroom. 2 with ensuite and walk in closets. The other 2 shared a bathroom but was not an issue. Very spacious, comfortable layout. Walking distance to bars on Music Row. We did Uber down to Broadway as July heat is too much to make that long walk enjoyable. Nice spacious deck for early morning coffee or end of the evening cocktails.Very quiet well kept neighborhood. Was very comfortable walking around this part of townOnly issue we had was the front keypad stopped working. I reached out for assistance at 2am and received immediate response. Would highly recommend this accomodation if travelling with 8 people

Excellent experience!

First of all the property is perfection. It looks exactly like the photos. It is modern and spacious with plenty of room for all 7 of us to hang out and 4 beautiful bedroom and baths. Also, when I made a mistake and booked the incorrect date, the owner helped me rebook in another unit that was available. They didn’t have to do that but they were gracious and accommodating. 10 stars!

Girls Trip 2024

This property was fabulous and flawless. The pictures of the property are spot on. It is very spacious and extremely clean. There were only 3 of us so we each took a floor, but a good sized group would definitely have enough space to be comfortable. It is in a neighborhood that is walkable to many restaurants and shops and it is only a 5 minute ride to Broadway. I would 10/10 recommend this property.

Not for the faint of heart

The house was clean and everything worked and was in good condition. Communication was excellent. The neighborhood is very nice. The renters did nothing that would justify an imperfect score. But . . . Look at the listing closely to see if this is for you. The ground floor has two bedrooms and the laundry area. The main level of the house is 17 steps up, the master bedroom is 19 steps above that. None of the chairs (except 1 in an out of the way place) have armrests, and many of the beds - especially the master bed - are extremely low to the ground. Almost all of the furniture has you stilling pretty low to the ground with no easy way to get up, which is not comfortable for many people. If you have any difficulties with mobility at all, find a different house.

Large, clean, modern home!

Beautiful large, clean house in a great neighborhood! Would love to have had instructions on how to use the coffee machine as that became a group effort on day1 reviewing videos online on how to make a full pot of coffee. A drying rack for the dishes and pans washed by hand would have also been helpful.

Music Row Nashville

Breathtaking place, with all the amenities and home comforts you could ask for. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and hopefully be back soon to stay again. Great decor and very spacious.

Amazing!

Clean, spacious, bright, comfortable….perfect! Location was ideal, close enough to Broadway but in a quiet area. Extremely easy to check in and out, easy to access. Would make an annual trip every year to stay here!
