This upscale 3BR/3.5BA townhouse located in Nashville across the street from Belmont University is a short distance from Music Row, Hillsboro Village, 12 South and Vanderbilt University. The Gulch and all that downtown has to offer is 5 minutes away. Built in 2014 this stylish, three level townhouse is newly furnished. This home has a large living area with a 65" TV, a large comfortable sofa, love seat, and marble coffee and side tables. The dining table seats 6 or dine at the black quartzite kitchen island that seats up to 3 people. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and gourmet cookware. Upstairs there are two large, beautifully decorated bedrooms with King Beds, well appointed private baths, and walk in closets. Each upstairs room has its own desk and a 55" TV and in the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The third bedroom is located on the bottom floor and is also furnished with a King Bed, private bath and 55" TV. An additional stackable washer and dryer is located nearby the bottom bedroom just outside the garage entrance. You will find gorgeous, dark wood floors throughout the townhouse and feel right at home with the cozy, modern decor. Outside of the garage is a stone fireplace to warm you up. Private off street garage parking. High speed internet & cable TV. STAIRS between all floors. No elevator.

We have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and cameras at the exterior parking area.

Linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of soap, shampoo and paper products.

Lovely spot

We had a fabulous weekend girls trip to Nashville. The Town house was the perfect spot - we especially loved the comfortable king size beds. We also used the hosts recommendations for restaurants and it worked out perfectly.

Perfect Ladies' Weekend!

Five friends, all in our 40s stayed for the weekend to have some fun and relaxation. Easy, cheap rideshare to Broadway but quiet and comfortable stay at the house...will definitely be coming back!

Great property and location

I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to friends. It was conveniently located to the popular sites — Broadway, the Gulch area, Grand Ole Opry, etc. The property was clean, beautifully decorated and had more than enough room for 4 of us (1 couple and 2 singles).

This house was perfect for us. We had 3 couples and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was very clean, the owner was great with any questions and even left a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Very close to downtown

Great place

This place was centrally located. Had everything we needed. Comfy beds and windows were sound proofed which made it very quiet. Very cute and clean. Would definitely recommend The garage was convenient but if you get anything bigger than a Kia Sorrento, you will have a very hard time parking as the access is tight.

Great Townhome in Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Location was perfect- close to Broadway, Music Row, The Gulch, 12 and South, etc. but in a quiet neighborhood across from Belmont University. The unit was lovely and nicely furnished with lots of amenities . Communication was easy with the host, and we appreciated the welcome basket . Would highly recommend.

We had a group of 3 couples who all found the property great. Bedrooms & bathrooms were all nice & had plenty of toiletries, etc. Beds & couches were comfortable! We enjoyed the fresh fruit that was provided & the candy! Wine was also a nice touch! Location was perfect with a smoothies place & breakfast/lunch place right around the corner. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to come to Nashville.

Family weekend in Nashville

This was a beautiful property with all the comforts of home - a fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and even wine and fruit available when we arrived. There was a dining table that seated 6, plus 4 at the counter - perfect for hosting my daughter and her Belmont friends for brunch!
