LOCATION At this centrally located gem, attractions like the Johnny Cash Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Ryman Auditorium are all just about a mile away, and in-between is your pick of cafes, craft breweries, local bars and music venues. Enjoy the views from the expansive private rooftop. There is a parking pad for up to two vehicles and free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home has two bedrooms with queen over queen bunk beds and a full bath. The second level consists of the main living areas with an open floor plan from dining to kitchen, and living area with half bath. The third level consists of two suites with King Beds and attached baths. There is an additional half bath on this level. Up the third set of stairs you will arrive to the expansive rooftop with fire table and grill!

Guests have access to the entire house.

This home is in a central location in the city. Short walk to many eateries and attractions.
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM CST unless early check-in is reserved
• Check-out is 10AM CST
• No parties or events
• No smoking
• No Decorations unless approved by host and $250 refundable fee is paid
• Quiet hours 10pm-7am
•No locals without approval and signing separate rental agreement
•Insurance requires company collection of driver`s license and ID and age verification from responsible party
•Any tampering or disabling of exterior monitoring devices including but not limited to cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund
•No firearms or weapons allowed on the property unless guest provides documentation that they are law enforcement.
•No visitors, only registered guests allowed on the property regardless of staying overnight or not.
•Furniture must be left in original position, no rearranging or moving of furnishings.
•We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unexpected circumstances.
