This home is located in the coveted East Nashville neighborhood. Guests will have access to the entire home. The home sleeps six guests very comfortably in three bedrooms; two bedrooms have a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space and places to put all your belongings. The master is its own upstairs oasis with an en suite bathroom that includes a jacuzzi tub. There is an additional full bathroom downstairs. It is a renovated home with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The house has fully outfitted kitchen for your cooking needs (pots, pans, blender, knives, coffeemaker, and of course wine corkscrew, coffee/tea). There is also a hairdryer, iron/board and a full size washer/dryer in case you need to do some laundry. There are two outdoor spaces, a backyard deck looking onto an enormous fenced yard or a covered front porch perfect for an afternoon cocktail.
We are less than ten minutes from downtown, shopping or a superb restaurant.

Great Nashville cottage in quiet neighborhood

Perfect for us (four adults). Just a few minutes from downtown but a nice quiet neighborhood. Cottage was just as listed, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Great Location for East Nashville Fun

This house was perfect for our group of four. We took advantage of the kitchen, washer/dryer and spacious backyard. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. East Nashville is where it's at for the best restaurants and fun night time spots.

Country Concert Stay

House was clean and perfect for what we needed on our weekend stay in Nashville. Location was close to plenty of restaurants and a short Uber drive to Broadway.

Loved our stay!

Great location close to lots of things to do. The owners were extremely accommodating. Ubers were fast plentiful and inexpensive. House is older but clean and in a nice quite neighborhood. We would stay again.

Family vacation

My family & I had a wonderful time & the home was exactly what we needed. Well maintained & stocked. Craig was very responsive when I had any questions & also checked on us when there was a tornado warning in the area. Thankfully we were all ok. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area & would highly recommend staying here.

My friends and I came to Nashville for a conference. Staying at this vacation spot was a joy! The home was perfect for us. It was cozy, we each had our own room and the owner was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely stay at this rental again

Weekend ladies trip

This house and its space was awesome. We had plenty of room and it was well stocked with anything we could need- toiletries, kitchen supplies, including spices and extra pillows and blankets. We really liked the house and location. Our only issue was with the grimy couch and carpeting. With some extra cleaning and maybe fixing some wall plaster, etc we would recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy Nashville

Great Little House!

We enjoyed our stay! We only used it as a place to sleep since we spent time with our family that lives in Nashville. So we did not cook or use kitchen. Nice porch! Cute area. Easy to Uber to Broadway. Easiest check out process!

roomate reunion

This is a nice bungalow in a neighborhood that is turning a new leaf. The home has been remodeled ( sort of) and is certainly confrontable enough and in a location with easy access to Nashville. The owners were very easy to communicate with. It met all of our needs and we had a great time.

Great cozy home

This was a very clean and cozy cottage and Craig & Kristy was on point with communication. I loved the snacks and drinks they left for my arrival. I was in town for work and the internet was super fast. The only negative is there only one tv but everything else was 5 star. Thanks Craig & Kristy for allowing me to stay in your home.

Great Stay in Nashville!

This was the perfect home to stay for our four night stay in Nashville. The house was clean and cozy and the beds were comfy. I didn't get a chance to walk the neighborhood, but there were a few restaurants close by. It was a short ride share distance to the airport and very quick to downtown. My sister and her friend were with me on this trip and they both loved the place. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. We would book it again if we decide to make another trip.

Highly recommend this Nashville home

The house was lovely and in a great location for us. With just a few tiny tweaks, it would be perfect. For example, a hair dryer was listed among the amenities, but we couldn't find it. My mom brought hers, so we shared. Also, in the kitchen, some potholders, trivets, a dish scrubbing brush, and a scrubbing sponge would be helpful. Also, mom said an anti-slip mat in the downstairs bath tub would help her to feel more secure when showering.

Absolutely Perfect

Craig was amazing to work with, quick, to answer messages, which was great for me being that it was my first time using any app to book a vacation spot. Thanks for that. Check in/ out was to easy. When I did have a question once there, he did not hesitate to answer his phone. Beautiful old house with amazing upgrades, Nice quite neighborhood. Really close to anywhere we needed to go, even though our objective was to lay around all week and do absolutely nothing, and that`s exactly what we did. Nice little cottage

We stayed there while my son awaited the arrival of his household goods from Nevada. With two 4 year olds, we needed a spot to call home that wasn't a hotel room. This house fit the bill. There were 3 adults and 2 children and we had ample room. It was near all the things that we needed including the twins' school. I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and I would like to say that this is as depicted in the pics and description. There were a couple of things that would have been useful such as an extra laundry basket. Also, the time that we were there was extremely wet, as in rain for days. The wooden sidewalk became very slippery and I slipped but did not fall but the kids both fell a couple of times. Maybe a few strips of a non slip such as the sandpaper type adhesive that is on a skate board. Otherwise, it was just fine for us and the owners were extremely quick to respond to any questions!
