Our lovely two bedroom upstairs apartment is 5 minutes walking distance to 5 Points in Historic East Nashville (pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, live music) and much more. Plus we're just a quick 3 minute Uber to all the famous country music bars on Broadway, the Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium and Bridgestone arena. Stylishly decorated and lots of space to spread out, our place is great for a weekend of fun or a week of working in Nashville. Apartment features private free parking and is located upstairs at the back of the house. Must climb stairs to get to the apartment.
Our two bedroom, one bath apartment is located upstairs in a 100 year old historic home with upscale, comfy furnishings, granite countertops and plenty of space to spread out. It is immaculately cleaned and maintained. Private entrance and parking located at the back of the house. It is a newly renovated apartment with beautiful pine floors and a modern bright decor. High speed wi-fi and cable TV in the living area. Our apartment offers a queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom as well as a spacious living space, large dining table and a full bath. The bathroom has a pocket door separating the toilet and tub/shower room from the spacious sink area for added convenience. Our kitchen is fully stocked for guest cooking and has a regular coffee maker. You are located within walking distance of some of Nashville locals favorite bars and coffee shops! Next door is an independent coffee/beer and donuts place and we're just around the corner from Five Points pizza, one of the best pizzas in the country. The 5 Spot and other music venues as well as tiki bars and sports bars and independent restaurants such as the Treehouse, Margo's and Lockeland table are right in the neighborhood. Ring security outdoor camera monitoring at the entrances only. It's a great space to explore Nashville from or relax after work meetings. Only 9 miles from the airport and close to downtown Nashville with it's amazing nightlife: it's a gorgeous little spot in an amazing city.

Great location, very clean
We enjoyed our time in Nashville. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We arrived late in the evening so a plus was restaurants within walking distance and open late! This is a great location - close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

So great, I don't want to share!
No, I would prefer not to say how great this property and location is, as we visit family in Nashville a couple of times of year and I would like it to always be available for us:) The property was very clean, great location between the airport and Broadway, walkable to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants! And if you like to walk/run outside, great neighborhood to enjoy the homes, and this time of year Halloween decorations! This is definitely our favorite in Nashville!

Great Experience!
Melinda was a great host and made everything so easy. We were able to store our luggage prior to check-in and she was wonderful to work with accommodating our flight schedule. The property was very clean and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance of good restaurants and quick Uber to downtown. Would gladly stay here again!
