This is a lovely hotel in a great location. We rented the second floor and had a living room and full kitchen to ourselves. The rooms are wonderful, decor is very nice. My grandkids had lots of fun watching the awesome views at night and loved the twinkle lights on the balcony. This is a great location and we would definitely stay here again

Great work retreat location

We took our team of 6 to this VRBO for a team offsite. The location was spectacular. It allowed each team member to have their own bedroom and bathroom, while also allowing us a wonderful communal space that we used for meals and meetings throughout the day. We even took advantage of the private chef option for a ravioli cooking class team-building activity that was outstanding. Can't say enough great things about the VRBO and the experience - we can't wait to come back!

Nice space No Parking

The space is very nice and modern. Our issues were there are a total of 5 parking spaces for people staying and 3 floors of occupants and each floor has 5 rooms meaning there is a massive parking disparity. The hotel is in a residential area where street parking is limited. I did like the rooms and then community space was nice as well. The walls are fairly thin so if the people above or below you, make any kind of noise you will hear it.

Xmas break in The 121

Our family of 5 plus 2 enjoyed our stay tremendously. We had the entire second floor. Rooms were awesome. Kitchen, Living area, & Dining was very accommodating. Amazing view from terrace. Parking was never an issue with our 2 vehicles. Owner response was quick to our inquiry. Definitely will tell other Families & Friends. Thanks for the memories The 121!!! ❤️🎄🍾🥂

Event Retreat

I hosted an event here for our clients and also for our team to stay. In total, we had about 25-30 people for the event including a small team staying on the second floor. The space had everything we needed and between having the whole floor + the conference space on the top floor, it was absolutely perfect for the weekend. The conference room was perfect for speaking, presentations, and conversation without being claustrophobic And the kitchen downstairs and large lounge area in was perfect for lunch and dinner. Whenever we needed help or assistance as well when we reached out to AvantStay they instantly got back to us. The place was above expectations

We rented the floor and had a great experience! The concierge team was SO helpful and responded to all of our questions right away, even offering suggestions for dinner and support planning our trip! The attention to detail was amazing. The area is near Vanderbilt and a short Uber/walk if the weather is nice from tons of food/activities!! Would absolutely recommend!

We couldn't have found a better place to stay for a group of 12 of us! The pictures and descriptions were exactly what were depicted of the property! The management was beyond helpful with special requests and also were very prompt! I usually received a response within 10-15 minutes! Highly recommend!
