Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you. Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.
Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.
Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.
BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. Good location for short UBER rides
Formed gathering for a 50th birthday. The property has three steep floors which is not quite apparent in the listing and the main floor is the 2nd. Great garage to park two cars in. The places has a bit of wear and tear and could use a bit of refreshing paint and fixes to the floor, floorboards in the bathroom and and outside furniture. It was clean, and good for our trip. Great items in the kitchen and love how to provide make up removers, shampoo and conditioner and soap. All in all a good place. Refresh the paint and some items needing to be addressed and it will be great. Love that all rooms had their own bathroom! Huge plus. Communication with owners was great.
The location was perfect and within 5-10 minute drive of anywhere we wanted to go in Nashville and within very easy walking distance to 12th South area (shops/restaurants/murals). Host was very responsive. Couldn’t give 5* rating because the property is definitely in need of new carpeting and rugs as well as touch up paint throughout and the living room area could use some additional/ more comfortable seating for the number of guests but we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house so wasn’t a big issue. Also, I wouldn’t recommend this unit for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Overall positive experience.
Our family of eight stayed here for Belmont graduation. The location is great for that and you can walk to campus or 12 South if you are so inclined. Downtown is a short Uber ride away which is recommended given the crazy parking prices. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and so are the immediate neighbors. The home is generally nice and well kept though it does show a bit of wear and tear here and there. Everything in the house worked and the A/C was cold. There is garage parking for two cars but no additional street parking. Bedrooms were quiet and beds comfortable but rooms could use blackout shades or curtains as it is bright early. This is a three level house with some steep stairs. It wasn’t an issue for us but could be for some. Overall we were happy and would stay again.
Everything was so wonderful. My friends and I had the best time. For most of us it was our first time in Nashville. It was close to everything we wanted to do and the host was so kind to check in and make sure everything was going perfect.
Good communication, beds were comfortable, condo was clean. The kitchen could have been better stocked, silverware, some spices, salt pepper would be good, no bowls, only for cereal.

This home is in a great location, very nice, lots of room for everyone. It is three levels so lots of stairs. The curtains should cover the windows in the living area but they do not. The beds and linens were very comfortable. So nice to have a garage. I would definitely stay there again. The owners have excellent communication and response!
Nice enough place but attention to details would be appreciated. Toilet seat in bottom bath needs repair or replacement, coffee cups and most glasses in the cabinets were dirty. Living room chairs need updating. One pack of sweetener in the place! Compared to other similar places there this was disappointing.

2023 Thanksgiving Dinner
The property is in a great location and the 2 car garage to park was excellent.
I don’t remember the listing mentioning that there are 3 floors, I thought there were 2. I had seniors and a disabled adult that struggled with the stairs.
The property was decorated beautifully however it was not clean. The oven was filthy. There was visible dust on the hanging lights over the counter and on the head board in the first floor bedroom. The rugs and floors were not clean. I found trash on the floor and under the beds from previous guest. The basement bath had stains on the toilet. It was not my expectation to clean when I arrived.
Located centrally to many great areas; clean, handy, had everything we needed. Great communication by the owners!

Would love to give 5 stars but..
Really cute place! Lots of beds and nice linens. Cleaner missed a few things probably turning over quickly. Counter had coffee on it and bathroom rugs on second floor were not washed. Not really big deals. Home needs a few things. Only two wine glasses and 4 coffee mugs in a place that sleeps 10 which was kinda strange. Only dirty sponge under sink to wash dishes. But there is a dishwasher. Had to run it mostly empty just to wash coffee cups. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is parking situation was horrible. There is a nice big two car garage but they don’t provide the garage code or opener. There is no way to access the home without walking down a little hill around the building to the front door on a main street. It was VERY Inconvenient as I was there much of the time by myself moving my daughter out of her dorm for the summer. Coming and going a lot. It was a pain. They have signs up telling you not to park behind garage door but you have to temporarily park there to go around through the front and open the garage to pull the car in. At night I was alone and walking in the dark and not being able to pull right into garage was annoying. Neighborhood feels safe but property is on a busy street with an alley behind it. My suggestion to owners is offer a garage door opener once inside and just charge people if they don’t return it. I would have paid extra just to have garage access. I loved the home and the decor and we stay in VRBOs all the time and I never give poor reviews but probably wouldn’t stay again because of the parking situation. With a few minor fixes the place would have been great!
Clean, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Stocked with coffee, salt and pepper but not other spices or olive oil. Also could not find a mixing bowl?
But the spot itself was perfect. It’s on a Main Street but a 15 minute walk to a cute area with restaurants and stores.
