For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 05.Nov.). Garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, roofed, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Bra" 12 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.

Pool ist nicht beheizt aber sehr schön gepflegtbeste Bäder in jedem ZimmerDuschkabine oder Vorhang fehlt teilweisetolle Küche mit Industriespülmaschine zum gemeinsamen Kochen Reisetipps: schöne Rennradtouren auf kleinen Straßen in schöne mittelalterliche Dörfer mit besten Bars und Essen.
