"We stayed at the Break for two nights during our trip to New England. The Break was an incredible find. Beautiful hotel in a great location. The roof top restaurant and bar were fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely return next time we are in the area visiting family. Excellent experience."

"Great location with 2 minute drive to town beach. You could walk but with all our beach gear we opted to drive. We walked to dinner though and the ocean wall for a beautiful evening. Everything worked great. Quiet and quaint beach house!"

"Absolutely beautiful home, with plenty of room for a large group. Thoroughly enjoyed three decks and the fire pit. It was clean & well stocked with everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable. Communication was easy with the owners and they were quick to respond. Been in several VRBO summer rentals over the last few years and this was by far my favorite! Highly recommend this house, it was great "

"Property overlooks a spectacular setting with extraordinary sunrises..the host was very responsive when the AC seemed to fail; he was able to get a technician onto the property in a very short time and all was well!We loved the house and property.. would definitely consider another visit!"
