With 6 suites, each with full bath. 2 on the first floor including an ADA Suite and 4 bedroom suites on the second floor with 4 full baths, 5 queen beds. and one Large 1 king bed suite sleeps 4 with sofa bed, and full baths. large backyard with 2 decks, Grill, outdoor seating, Outdoor shower, guests will have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Amenities like a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, heating, and AC are provided for your convenience. 2 Large living rooms on the 1st floor, Parking for 10 cars. Family vacation

When my family of 12 arrived to this property we were very excited for a week away. Getting into the house was easy and there were sheets provided for all the beds. When we first walked in we were appalled at how filthy the house was. There was still trash in the trash can, a full bag of trash on the floor upstairs, and dirty comforters in the washing machine. I messaged the host right away. We started cleaning the house so we could enjoy our week. Two hours later the house was ok to live in for the week. We had to scrub all 7 bathrooms, sweep/vacuum all the floors and wipe down all the counters. We couldn't use the outdoor shower because it is covered in mold. The deck has screws/nails exposed and the pricker bushes needed to be trimmed so we could sit on the deck. The house itself is a nice space with a little TLC could be an amazing property. Having a full bathroom in every bedroom was a very nice bonus that we weren't expecting. The walk to the beach from this house is a nice relaxing walk.
