Your summer retreat is awaiting! Renovated in 2019 this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home boast an unbelievable outside shower and huge back yard with deck, fire pit and tons of privacy.
Bedrooms are spacious and the huge eat in kitchen has stunning new appliances with french doors that lead out to the deck.
Enjoy the fire pit or deck after a day at the beach or coming back from Block Island. The Block Island Ferry and down town Point Judith are only 5 minutes away.
Take your pick of 4 beaches which are all accessible by bike, or a very quick car ride. Very close to Narragansett Pier area! Please refer to Zillow listing for more accurate pictures.

2nd stay at this property

This was our 2nd stay with this property. Once again, it met our needs. The house is clean, spacious and well located. We had a small snafu at check in with the cleaning crew - but, Mark quickly responded and rectified the issue.

Great location

Lovely updated property with everything you need. Everything is new so unlike the other beach cottages, the furniture is not from the last century. It is quiet and lovely. Would definitely stay again. Close to the grocery store and other services.

Fabulous Narragansett rental

We had a great week at this property. The house is beautifully updated and decorated and had everything that we needed for our stay. Also, it was incredibly clean (quite possibly the cleanest house we've ever rented). Mark was helpful and very responsive before, during and after our stay. Very convenient to all beaches and restaurants. We loved our stay at this house and would highly recommend this property for a visit to Narragansett.
