Family friend reunion
We had a great stay at Salty Beach Breeze! We had three families staying and all fit comfortably in the house. The location allowed us to easily walk to the beach and the house even had beach chairs, towels and a wagon. The hosts were very communicative leading up to and during our stay.

Fantastic Family Vacation
Great house in a stunning area of Narragansett. Bonnet Shores was the perfect destination for our extended family vacation: lovely and quiet neighborhood setting, walkable area, and so close to Kelly Beach! House was clean and exactly as depicted in listing—open floor concept with three bedrooms and two baths on the main floor and three additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and additional kitchen in the basement (which had a private entrance); set up was ideal for our large family which included our grown children and small grandchildren. Cal was responsive and answered all my questions promptly. Super easy check-in and departure. Would recommend for those looking for a family oriented neighborhood setting —close to beaches, restaurants, Newport.

The house has plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 children under 4, and a dog. The additional refrigerator and stove was very useful. It was great that there were two long tables - one outside and one inside- so we could easily eat together. The location is great with a moderate walk to Kelly Beach. Easy to drop/pick up everyone when necessary. And it is great that the house comes with a beach pass. We had a few small issues and Cal was very responsive to help resolve them. The AC worked well although it seemed to be quite cool in the lower apartment bedrooms.

Found the upstairs dirty, gas grill with rust on bottom with big hole, outdoor cushions on deck ripped with dog hairs
Inside unusable bathroom sink,Towels and sheets provided poor quality and minimal supply of towels given
Filthy oven, Doghairs on furniture when arrived, Outdoor shower Unusable. Outdoor lawn and deck poorly maintained and cleaned
Had hot water issue when first arrived, took 72 hours to resolve, as electrician need to come twice
