Apartment was clean in good location and well equipped. On the down side The reception was somewhat unprofessional in manner but gave us the info we needed. The pullout couch was TERRIBLE☹️might be Ok for kids. Be sure to read the bulky package with the rules as GUESTS HAVE TO WASH THE DISHES AND TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE which means carrying it down stairs and out to the car park !!!! You’ll be charged another $35 if you don’t which I think is insulting.

We take great pride in our commitment to excellent guest relations, and we are perplexed by your characterization of our service as unprofessional.Regarding the matter of rubbish and dishes, please note that, as we are not a serviced apartment, guests are responsible for handling their own dishes. Additionally, we kindly request guests to manage their excess rubbish on a daily basis to maintain the overall hygiene of the apartments. This precaution is essential to prevent any lingering odors, particularly those associated with fish and prawns, ensuring a pleasant experience for our future guests after your stay.

Coastal treat
Really great place to take the kids the room was well appointed and well maintained. Great friendly staff who went above and beyond when my youngest left behind some treasured possessions. Situated well in Narooma and what a beautiful place it is!

Hi StephanieWe have been waiting for near 3 months for delivery of new shower heads and this is unfortunately a sign of the times we are having with delays of product since Covid started. A number of your images of the shower screen area relate to problems under the silicon. We have been waiting for a tiler to do work for over 12 months and they are all still working on house rebuilds from the fires so we are stuck with this situation as well. The problem is under the silicon and the external surface is bleached every clean and spotless. I can only apologise that we have delays with a trades people and product supply and rest assured this is being addressed as quickly as we are able to do this.

The property was clean and the location was good, just a short walk to the beach and the shopping centre for anyone of reasonable fitness. A walk into the main part of town was ot as easy, would recommend driving due to hills. The apartment was spacious but views - at least from our apartment - were non-existent. Other apartments looked like they had much better views, so if this is important check before booking.

Beautiful Location that we thought we could look into buying a holiday home apartment in Narooma. Plenty of parking shops close by and weather perfect every day. Had a wonderful New Year at the Narooma Golf Club.

The apartment was really close to everything. Shopping hubs only 200 metres in either direction, great views and beaches just as close. The bed was big, the bathrooms spacious, plenty of room to sit and relax, two large couches in front of the tv, a 6 seat kitchen table, and two large tables outside on the balcony to enjoy the cool breeze in the morning while having breakfast taking in the view.

5 day stay
Everything was perfect. The rooms were absolutely clean, modern and exceptionally pleasing to be in. Balcony with sea views were pleasant with morning aspect. We highly recommend and will come again.

Clean and tidy, a little more dated than the pictures lead you to believe. Bed not overly comfortable but everything worked ok - great views of the ocean and Montague Island, close to supermarket and town centre

Overall the property delivered, minor complaint is the cleanliness of the bathroom ie the shower had dirty grout (mould), leaky and very temperamental shower in ensuite. Wifi when connected on first night was very slow and then did not connect for the remainder of stay. Property managers Narrelle and Terry were very helpful as we arrived on Sunday afternoon after reception hours and they provided instructions for check in after hours and came down to open reception to meet us. We would stay in Horizon Apartments again.

Thank you so much for your review. Please let us know if you have Wifi issues in the future. We could have just reset the box in your apartment and all would have been fixed. Apologies on the shower - the problem is that the grout has removed and it is bare concrete you have seen in a few spots. Thankfully this is being fixed the first week in October.

the sweeping ocean views were most impressive. At night the lighthouse on Montague Island is visible. The large sheltered balcony made sitting outside a must. The apartment itself was neat, clean and spacious.
