"It’s a massive hotel in a fabulous location close to great tourist attractions. Breakfast was great, mostly . The problem I faced was while booking my airport pickup. The guest service executive answering my call promised to call back after speaking with the hotel cab service. She never did my booking and simply forgot. That was a shocker!"
