Very clean. Locker area can be a little cramped when busy. Showers and toilets clean. Pod was clean, but it got quite warm inside. No airflow inside pod. Only a standard plug. Cool experience.

Richmond Hotel Narita
4/12/2026 around 11:30am, I arrived early and left my bags at the front desk so I could explore. When I finally checked in later, I was so touched to find that the staff had already moved my luggage up to my room. It was such a thoughtful, professional gesture that truly made me feel welcome.
