"We had an amazing stay at Rampour Hotel where we were personally welcomed at the door by Aseem and Neetu upon arrival! They had an amazing warm meal waiting for us and treated us like family members throughout our stay! They went out of their way to find gluten-free and dairy-free food out of respect for our dietary needs! We felt treated as VIP guests the whole time! I highly recommend staying at Rampour Hotel for anyone looking for 5-star hospitality and a whole-hearted welcome! We will definitely be returning here at the next opportunity! "

"My 2nd time staying there. Its centrally located, right on the Ganges, between Triveni Ghat and Tapovan, close to Ram Jhula and Janko Setu bridges, and directly across from Parmath Niketan ashram, an easy tuktuk ride to all. Rooms are simple but clean, balconies overlook the river and there is direct access to the rivere from the property. Staff is warm and attentive, onsite restaurant and spa. Daily youag and meditation classes. Can walk to Beatles Ashram as well. There is a nice, smaller aarti just upriver near the shopping by Ram Jhula."

"Check was a complete disaster, the staff of 3 took forever and one employee wanted to use his personal phone to photograph my passport and id. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous for foreign travelers having their information stored on a device that isn’t secured by the property. When my frustration was noticed by one of the 3 staff , a kind female. She took over and said it should be captured on the hotel scanner. The room itself was an electric accident waiting to happen with the mail wall switch emitting sparks every time it was turned off and on. Thankfully I only stayed one night and went somewhere else for breakfast due to their dismal offering and poor service that was located in another building. Just avoid this place if you are traveling from abroad. "

"I stayed only one night and wish I stayed longer! The setting in the trees with Ganga below is just beautiful, so peaceful and refreshing and special. The design is also stunning (though the bathrooms are a bit awkward, I’d suggest moving the coffee/tea station out from the bathroom?). Staff were SO kind and helpful. I recommend that you visit!"
