  • Located in Boncore, an elegant and renowned district of Torre Lapillo, our holiday home is set within a high-end residential complex, perfect for those seeking peace, comfort, and the sea just a short walk away.



    The carefully furnished home accommodates up to 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms, a bright living room with a sofa bed, and a full bathroom. The private kitchen is fully equipped with pots, dishes, glasses, and utensils.



    Amenities include a new air conditioner, private Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and a private balcony. Outside, you can unwind in the shared garden, a peaceful oasis where you can relax and enjoy Mediterranean scents.



    From June 15 to September 1, the outdoor communal pool is available, with 2 reserved sun loungers and an umbrella (swim caps required). Private parking is available on the property, and street parking is also possible.



    Pets are not allowed, and events are not permitted, ensuring a calm and respectful environment.



    The location is highly appreciated: just 900 meters from the center of Torre Lapillo and steps from Salento’s most beautiful beaches, with bars, restaurants, and services within walking distance.
