Large and bright 3 room flat on the ground floor with large terrace and corner garden, located in a well kept residence.
South-west exposure, nice view on the Clape massif. Maxi 4 persons and baby. Small pets allowed.
Parking space in the residence secured by an electric gate.


Comprising a spacious living room with sofa and 2 armchairs, small TV, equipped kitchen separated from the living room by a table bar with high chairs, and an adjoining storeroom. The corridor leads to a bathroom with bath, double washbasin and storage space, then 2 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed (80x200 reclining mattresses). The WC is separate.
