Shop 200 m, grocery, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 300 m, diving center 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 33 km, Cité de Carcassonne 73 km, Espace balnéoludique de Gruissan 6 km.
4-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), shower. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: open gallery. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace 55 m2, north-west facing position, large garden 140 m2, north-west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage. Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Die Küche ist zwar sehr klein,aber hat alles was man braucht. Schade das die Terrasse nicht überdacht ist,hat nur einen Sonnenschirm,ein fixer Sonnenschutz wäre besser. Jedoch ist der grosse Garten/Sitzplatz eine wahre Oase,sowie die Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr schön und alles angenehm. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️ Danke für die tollen Ferien. Übrigens ist die Kommunikation mit Interhome auch sehr unkompliziert und stets zuvorkommend,danke auch dafür. Bis bald,liebe Grüsse

Maison idéale pour passer d'agréables vacances à quelques pas de la plage. Seule la literie (matelas à ressorts) n'est pas franchement confortable. Un barbecue permettrait d'encore mieux profiter de repas en terrasse.
