  • In fenced and secure community, independent villa. With 2 complete bedrooms: sleeping for 3 in child bedroom with television, 1 large bed for a couple in another bedroom. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs for optimum comfort and bathroom with shower and toilet; downstairs you will find a living room, a kitchen, a 30 sqm terrace on which it is possible to eat, equipped with an electric shutter that closes itself in case of strong wind. In the living room area there is a television, and a sofa that you can convert easily to sleep 2 people; the apartment has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a vitro ceramic plate and a built-in barbecue on the terrace. 2 deckchairs, swing seat, fenced garage and parking.
