The in the beginning of 2004 build summer residence is located at the outscirts of Narbonne-Plage in favourable distance (250 m) to the beach. The house consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms together with a small lavatory. The residence is suitable for families up to four persons. The modern and cosy furnishing offers all required for a easygoing holiday. The patio with garden furniture and grill invites to relaxing and feeling good.

Excellent séjour en famille !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison en tout point conforme à l'annonce. A 5 min à pied de la plage, dans un quartier résidentiel, maison au calme, idéal pour les familles. Éventuellement, en période très chaude, la climatisation serait bienvenue pour équiper la maison. A recommander !

Ein tolles Haus in einer sehr schönen Lage
Wir waren dieses Jahr im Juni zwei Wochen dort. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es hat nichts gefehlt: von der Küche bis zum Bad und in den Zimmern. Unser Sohn hat sehr gerne in seinem Zimmer gespielt, so toll war es eingerichtet. Die Terrasse haben wir auch sehr genossen. Deshalb kann ich das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
Wir haben mit vier Personen tolle zwei Wochen in Narbonne-Plage verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig, ist sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus!
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus! Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht - hier scheint die Sonne den ganzen Tag. Am breiten Sandstrand ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten und in der Umgebung gibt es einige Spielplätze - jede Menge Abwechslung auch für die Kleinen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil
Wir haben 3 wunderbare Wochen im Maison du soleil verbracht. Es ist ein Eckhaus mit schön eingewachsenem und blickdichtem Garten. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Schlafen kann man bei offenen Fenstern, da an den Fenstern Fliegengitterrollos angebracht sind. Unser Wohnzimmer war der Garten. Zum kilometerlangen wunderschönen und sauberen Sandstrand sind es ca. 5 Minuten, ebenso zum Wochenmarkt auf der Strandpromenade. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir das Haus auch nächsten Sommer mieten können, sobald unser Urlaubstermin feststeht. Die 5 Sterne geben wir mit vollster Überzeugung.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Narbonne-Plage
Wunderschönes Haus, ausreichend für 4 Personen. Alles sehr gepflegt(!) und die komplette Ausstattung (über Kücheneinrichtung, Gartenmobiliar, Wohn-/Esszimmer, oberen Zimmer usw.) lassen keine Wünsche offen. Mit der ausgefahrenen Markise kann man es sogar in der heißen Mittagssonne im Sommer bequem auf der Terrasse aushalten, die zudem schön eingewachsen ist und vor Blicken schützt. Eine private Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus ist inklusive.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Narbonne-Plage! Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen - es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse liegt den ganzen Tag im Sonnenschein und läd zum Sitzen und Verweilen ein. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter und auch für Kinder sind einige Spielplätze in der Nähe. Wir kommen wieder!
