We had a fantastic stay at Incommunicado! The house is absolutely beautiful—elegantly furnished, spotless, and maintained in excellent condition. The view is truly unbeatable—waking up to that scenery every morning was a dream.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire home was thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and function. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked, which made everything easy and convenient during our stay. We also loved having access to the gym—such a nice bonus!Another huge plus was the location—Incommunicado is just a short walk or golf cart ride from SeaSpray Marina, which made boating and exploring super convenient.Gretchen (the owner) and Joanne (the property manager) were both fantastic—responsive, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Their excellent communication made everything seamless from start to finish.We can’t recommend Incommunicado highly enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Nous avons été accueilli par Rita qui est adorable et la location très agréable. Nous avons eu un souci avec le wifi qui marchait très mal et pendant plusieurs jours, Vanessa la propriétaire s'est donné beaucoup de mal pour régler le problème...nous avons eu le wifi les derniers jours...La maison est bien équipée, beaucoup de serviettes, torchons, serviettes de plage, produits douche, rangements dans les chambres...par contre pas de climatisation dans les chambres et il peut vite faire très chaud ! Pas de barbecue dans le jardin mais l'environnement est agréable, sous les pins qui permet d'être plus au frais et on peut se balader dans la résidence et la forêt, c'était pratique avec notre petit chien. La plage à côté est très grande mais il y a très souvent beaucoup de vagues et la baignade pas facile, nous avons eu une semaine avec beaucoup de vent mais sinon ça doit être très agréable ! Nous remercions Rita, Vanessa et Giuseppe pour leur gentillesse et leur bonne communication...

Tolle Unterkunft

Der Kontakt vorher und auch zwischendurch war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut strukturiert und ruhig. Die Terrasse wurde gerne genutzt. Bei der Sommerhitze war es hilfreich, dass sich die Schlafzimmer unten befinden und dadurch angenehm kühl sind. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Im Umkreis von einer Autostunde gibt es viel Kultur zu entdecken, aber auch mehrere schöne Strände und Städte. Gerne waren wir auf der Sinis-Halbinsel. Auch in die Berge kann man fahren.

La signora Andrea è di una gentilezza unica. In casa non mancava nulla, ha fornito ogni cosa. La casa è grandissima, fresca, le stanze grandi e i letti comodissimi. La distanza dalle spiagge belle è di circa 30 minuti. La casa è in una pineta grandissima, molto curata e dove si possono fare bellissime passeggiate.

Kleines knuffiges Häuschen

Unser Aufenthalt , war sehr schön , wir könnten völlig entspannen und sehr viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten entdecken können. Das Haäzschen hat alles was man im Alltag braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit den Hausbesitzern / Hausmeister und der lieben Rita war wirklich sehr nett . Liebe Grüße Martina und Harry
